Today i had pretty good shoulder and biceps workout.
Pump was great thanks to citrulin malate+beta alanine+taurin+theanine combo.
Best preworkout drink combined with 200mg coffein tablet.
Cant complain.
Getting more hungry, raising calorie intake for about 500 cals more.
Current weight on empty stomach in the morning: 77.1kg

Uped calorie intake for bout 500.
I can see some slight chest gain but it might be just separation after water retention went down.
Altho strength on bench is going stronger and stronger.
Declined bench yesterday 100kgx12, 105x10, 110x8, 115x10, 120x6.
Quite interesting, finally my lacking chest department is getting better.
Now im 2 days off from s4 to mitigate vision sides.
Follistatin is sometimes painful, might be due to rubbing alcohol residue.

@Dr JIM - just because someone states where they got their PEDs from doesn't make them a shill. Take a stroll through damn near every log. Everyone states what lab they are using, unless they are using a private lab. Get off your high horse.

I took S4 with Test. Only thing I noticed was increased energy and drive. Not much else.

Matter what the bloods are always around mid cycle. Not all of them include testosterone because guess what, I don't give a fuck what my test levels are. I'm more worried about other hormones and my organs. I don't need blood tests to confirm if I have good test or bunk.

@Morefyah - did you even look at his pictures? He has quite a bit of muscle and is at a good place to cut.

@Dr JIM - idk what your issue is with this guy. When you said he was posting pictures of two different people it showed how you're on a wild witch hunt instead of actually trying to help people. Even though the person in both pictures looked IDENTICAL (because it was the same person), you went off on your righteous "I'm right everyone else is wrong" crusade. You've never looked in a mirror? Draw a line on your right arm and have someone take a normal picture of yourself. Then take a picture in the mirror. Look at both pictures. Bet it looks like that line is on different arms. Are you the person in both pictures? Idiot.

I spoke my mind and stepped. I am guessing this little experiment is not going that great and that @Samael is shutdown as fuck and is losing more weight and size as we speak.

Considerable strength gains due to the smolov jr. bench routine im currently doing.
Wont update this anymore as i finished s4 and foli.

I never understood what the issue was either.
Can't imagine someone went through the time and money to become a Doctor just to call people stupid on an online forum. Makes me question things.
