There must be some truth to this, but as you said, it's probably different from person to person. I'm running Mast E at 400mg per week and at the end of my 3rd week of it. I suffer from depression/anxiety as well. I can definitely tell a difference in my mood, and overall clean energy. My mental clarity is definitely on the rise as well. However, when my diet is locked down like it is, and in hitting cardio as much as I have been lately, I usually feel good anyways. Mast is good shot though. How do you guys feel about running 2 DHT's at the same time? I'm about to introduce 50mg per day of whinny caps into my regime here in about a week or so.
