My grip is a lot weaker than my deadliftstrength so i use straps (double overhand) when doing deadlifts.
I could hold the weight on a mixed grip withiut straps easily but all the recent powerlifters tearing their biceps on mixed grip makes me not want to do that.
And im too stupid for hookgrip with my virgin 12 year old long fingers
