Workout was,
2x2 squats @ 565lbs
4x15 calf raises
4x15 preacher curls
Squats moved pretty decent. Not too rough.
Forgot to post last weeks workout. I basically worked up to a single of 385 (new pr) then did a few triples at 315, some skull crushers and tricep pulldowns
