Did he ever see a cardiologist during those years? I only ask bc you just mention endocrinologist. There are definite risk factors that increase with aas use. But it's hard to lock steroids in as a sole cause of a heart attack.A trainer at my gym is a retired pro BB. he trains all the BB in the gym. This past year he had a massive heart attack, followed by open heart surgery, hes 47 years old. All of his AAS use was monitored by an endocrinologist. There are serious risks involved with AAS use. I feel like steroid use should be left to BB. It's just not worth the risk just to look good in the mirror.
He may or may not have had one regardless. Heart disease is the cause of around 25 percent of all deaths in the US.
We all should do as much as we can to be aware of heart health.
