Wtf is going on with my body????

So im training for 8 years now and since around a year i keep getting random aches and pains (muscle wise) everywhere.

Wether its triceps, chest, legs, back, every week or 2 i have a new pain, i train around or pause, as soon as i start again something else starts to hurt.

I had pain in my left erector for the past 3 weeks, no tear no nothing, i had my training at high reps, low weight and just going for the pump, the last three weeks.
Before that started, i had issues with my triceps. Now the back subsided, and since last weeks leg training, i have burning/stabbing pain in my left quad (upper side) without any signs of tearing it during the training session.
It got worse since friday, where i had my next leg session. I felt the stabbing pain i had all week, already during warmups, and decided to go for yet another pumping/technique session (squatted/leg press with focus on using glutes and hamstrings, and when i went for quads, i had low weight, high, slow reps)..as usual, i massaged the muscles too, and now it feels like my whole left quad is burning. When i do weightless squats or get up from sitting, i feel the sharp pain at the exact same spot i felt it all week, when i rest, i feel burning sensation around that spot, right now it ranges down to the middle of my quad.

I have no fucking idea whats going on seriously, im 25 and i have squatted 440 3 years ago, last sunday i was doing 330lbs for 3 reps man and it feels like i tore my quad right now. It even hurts when i try to get up from sitting right now.

I actuallx want to get into powerlifting again but cant because theres literally no 2 week period without something new coming up out of nowhere.
Of course theres alot resting days inbetween and also mostly im just doing easy bodybuilding stuff..so recovery is there..
Am i becoming a cripple or something? (Seriously!)

The younger we get involved with this type of lifting/life style the earlier our bodies go man, just part of it unfortunately

You're getting old, lol. I'm almost 35 and been powerlifting awhile. Get quite a few aches and pains during heavy training cycles.

Im 25 dude wtf haha
I dont even ever really started powerlifting, thats the thing.
I want to do a pl training cycle but not before all the aches and shit stop, i keep getting new ones popping up like crazy.
3 weeks ago when triceps hurt i was thinking fuck bench, ill just concentrate on deadlift and squat accessories.
Now when back hurt, i was getting back into benching (since triceps stopped aching) and squat accessories, now its the quads aching so im going for bench and deadlifts again.
I have no idea what i shall do, nothing seems to work. I had periods of a week of no training, as soon as i pick it up and get into it, new aches and shit..

Lots of time on cycles can fuck up collagen synthesis.
I started bjj last year and all joints and most ligaments hurt most of the time.
Today is bicep, wrist and MCL

but I'm 50, not 25

But now its the muscle itself it seems..cant belidve theyre fucked up already, i touched aas for the first time 5 years ago, i dont think it can be because of that, can it? Id understand if i had constant tendon/ligament pain but muscles itself? Already??

I bet you have something setting off your immune system leading to chronic inflammation.
Just another guess.
Might try eliminating certain known trigger foods one at a time.
Gluten, dairy, refined sugar are commonly associated with inflammatory reactions.

You really just have to find ways around it. If low bar squats hurt your elbows and shoulders use a buffalo bar or SSB. If sumo deadlift hurts your hips do conventional. If you can't deadlift at all focus on squat awhile.

Idk it cant be e2 as im not taking any anti-estrogens..
It kinda feels like a tear, the weird pain when i press it, although i dont feel a bump or similar.
No bruising either. Might be a strain possibly, i do hope its gone until next friday where i would do high rep pumping again.

Deadlifts are going to be stiff leg deadlifts so i dont use my quads and only hamstrings..

I also think its good if i keep riding my bike to work and back home, it hurts sometimes but pumps blood into the muscle..

Only felt it sometimes at the beginning of the week, since friday its constantly burning, but if also might be because i deep tissue massaged the spot. If so, it should be gone in 2-3 days most of it.

Damn i do a lot of writing mistakes lately, im not clear in my head at the moment, so dont judge.

Is it possible from being stressed out mentally too?
