They buy AAS and test them to see if the dosages are accurate. They also test for contamination.

Blood work is a good tool to use. The more info we have, the better. I use all resources I can get my hands on. @MisterSuperGod may have more info to add.

i think AL paints a broader picture. Blood work is very subjective, especially when baseline values aren't given.

If you look through the results, you'll see a couple labs have consistently passed testing, while others consistently fail.

Without that information to reference, all you have to go by is unreliable, subjective feelz reports.

Example. Link below. SIS Labs was having a good couple rounds of testing, then their Tri-Tren 150 was tested.

People were paying for a three ester blend of Tren. Little did they know they were getting ripped off, because the more expensive hexahydrobenzylcarbonate ester was nowhere to be found.

Feelz reports would have still been positive, because they replaced the expensive ester with a higher dose of the other two esters (Acetate and Enanthate) to get the concentration to the 150 mg/ml mark.

Been using stim free preworkout from transparant labs
Scivation xtend intra workout

That's about it.

dude, you ain't kidding. Gear, ancillary products, food, time spent in the gym as opposed to working, strain on personal relationships due to time spent in the gym, injuries (god forbid they happen [knocks on wood!]) And I'm sure this list could grow with ease.

You want to be big? Prey you have stellar genetics and a good head on your shoulders. It can be a lonely road sometimes....

My supplement regimen is based around mineral balance. I use ONLY WHOLE FOOD SOURCED PRODUCTS everything else is complete garbage and half the shit out there is as well. I'm writing a TenGrams How To for this and will explain in depth more about it. But here I thought we can discuss what everyone likes to take. Here's what I take

- Standard Process Cataplex B 2 tabs
- Dessicated Liver (from grass fed cattle) 3g
- Taurine 1g

- Jigsaw Adrenal Cocktail 1 scoop

Mid day
- Vitamin C (while food) 400mg

Pm
- Magnesium Glycinate 200mg
- Cod Liver Oil 3g
- Vitamin C (whole food) 400mg
- Inspired Solutions iDetox 2 caps
- Wheat Germ oil 2 pearls

Heins Chili Sauce as needed

I applaud any entrepreneur especially one who actually make decent money. People don’t understand what a pain in the ass it is to own your own business. I’ve been in business for a while. It’s been real good and real bad lol.
