I took the plunge in 17’. Had a tough year t was about a month after losing my mother in 2016. Stepped on the scale and I was the fattest fucken piece of shit I ever been in my life 358 lbs, shit fucken diet I was eating anything. Got my shit together was living in the gymaround the middle pic cardio cardio cardio. Now this is where I wanted a edge did some research n seen a prop,Ace,mast review. A lot of guys talk and say nah man that’s a tough beginner cycle. I agree it is tough at first. I’m not condoning starting off with that run but fuck that’s what I did. Started out small think I was bumping .5prop .25 aceand mast ed, saw how my body reacted with sides and adjusted accordingly. By the right hand pic I was down to 265 over the course of 4-5 months. Shit numbers were up across the board. But by then I was hitting about 1.25 prop and just under a cc of test n mast. My girl couldn’t walk right couldn’t get enough her pussy shit that cycle was legit. Anyway sorry I ramble but 2019 gonna b a mother fucker I’m sitting at 285 rn gonna try and take same approach as last run. Except one thing I’m changing is my fucken diet I was dirty with that shit last time around but ima keep this thread going as my log feel free to follow
