To keep accountable on my progress this is a quick update.

Yesterday was a scheduled off day. Pinned 300mg test cyp and donated blood last night.

Today was leg day but due to some personal shit going on this past month or so and culminating to an end today I haven't slept much this week. That and my blood donation yesterday decided to get some sleep so skipped leg day today, I know right? Lol....

So with shit being finalized this afternoon which should eliminate some stresses and feeling more rested, back at it tomorrow.

Tomorrow will be week 11 push pump, will start drol again. I am thinking 50mg a day for 2 days, 75mg a day for 2 days and then finish the drol at 100mg until it's out. This will extend my blast to about 14-15 weeks.
 
Back on Anadrol 25mg before bed last night and 25mg this am pre workout. Will run 50mg today, 75mg tomorrow and Sunday then 100mg split 50am 50pm for rest of blast.

Gained a fair bit using as a kick start to the blast a couple months back. I think was 16lbs in 4 weeks also due to 4k cals as well.

Just started it again as a finisher so we will see if the gains are still coming

I’m a big fan of the twist press. Gives a rest contraction especially when your chest is already warmed up and got blood flowing through it.
 
Do you feel like the blood donations weaken you the next day? I usually try to do my blood dumping soon after my heavy lower body days. Like deadlift is Saturday and squat is Tuesday, so I'll do it on Wednesday. Did it on Monday a couple weeks ago and felt fine lifting heavy on Tuesday though. I don't know, sometimes it seems like it weakens me right after and sometimes it doesn't.

Good question, I am more tired after a donation. I have been able to lift next day no issues and numbers haven’t suffered. This time around it was combined with lack of sleep and stresses.

It’s definitely a movement that you need to drop your ego with to get the full benefit of the contractions. My first few times I did them with too much weight and couldn’t understand why it was so hard to “feel” my chest working the way he describes the movement to work.

How you healing up?
 
Slowly but surely. Doc said everything is going well. Most of the road rash is healed up pretty good. Still have some deep spots that are taking longer. My hand is still hurting pretty good from time to time but I’m hoping in the next couple weeks I’ll be cleared to start some light exercise.

hows the strength with it? Thinking about switching from Dbol to Anadrol for my meet but not sure if its worth it

Upped anadrol to 50mg preworkout and 25mg bed. Will do this tomorrow as well then go 50mg and 50mg on Monday.

Debating extended blast until drol is finished or dropping to cruise dose when planned and continuing the drol until gone as I transition to cut
