How’s the drol treating you? Much weight gain? Some say yes, some say noBack on Anadrol 25mg before bed last night and 25mg this am pre workout. Will run 50mg today, 75mg tomorrow and Sunday then 100mg split 50am 50pm for rest of blast.

Gives a rest contraction especially when your chest is already warmed up and got blood flowing through it.Back on Anadrol 25mg before bed last night and 25mg this am pre workout. Good question, I am more tired after a donation. I have been able to lift next day no issues and numbers haven’t suffered. This time around it was combined with lack of sleep and stresses.Do you feel like the blood donations weaken you the next day? I usually try to do my blood dumping soon after my heavy lower body days. Like deadlift is Saturday and squat is Tuesday, so I'll do it on Wednesday. Did it on Monday a couple weeks ago and felt fine lifting heavy on Tuesday though. I don't know, sometimes it seems like it weakens me right after and sometimes it doesn't.

It’s definitely a movement that you need to drop your ego with to get the full benefit of the contractions. Slowly but surely. Doc said everything is going well. Most of the road rash is healed up pretty good. Still have some deep spots that are taking longer. My hand is still hurting pretty good from time to time but I’m hoping in the next couple weeks I’ll be cleared to start some light exercise.How you healing up?

Just started it again as a finisher so we will see if the gains are still coming
