And what do your macros look like?

I’m at 350p/450c/80f right now and it’s a lot of food. I gain weight very easily and this is the most I’ve consciously eaten on a daily basis. Started at 350/200/80 about 3 months ago and have slowly been adding carbs every few weeks. Started at 179 and 185 now.

I don’t know if I can shove any more food down my gullet. Im eating constantly. Only carb sources are oats, white rice, and sweet potatoes. Protein is ground sirloin, chicken, egg whites, and 99/1 ground turkey. Salmon and chicken thighs occasionally but always right at 80g of fat.

It gets easier the longer you do it. I don't go that high anymore but I used to go well above 5k. It's so easy for me to gain weight that 6k adds weight way too fast. Even 4k, which is easy for me, is plenty for a modest weight gain.

My macros are usually 100f, protein at 1-1.2gr bodyweight and the rest carbs.

My suggestion to you would be to drop the oats, they can be very filling. Other than that, keep on keeping on.

I’ll keep on it. Thanks for the encouragement. And the oats are the only good part about the whole thing! Oats with almond milk, cinnamon, and chocolate brownie protein powder is a preworkout desert and possibly the highlight of my day lol

I got up to 5200+ cals my last blast. Put on weight pretty slowly. 3.5lbs ground sirloin, 10+cups rice, 2-3 cans veggies, 2 pieces fruit, and bone broth mixed in with rice and meat. Started out at 4100 cals and was losing weight so had to up calories til I started gaining.

I went just over to about 42/4300. No struggle for me at 4000 but eating over it was and resulted in me eating shittier food.

Planned macros were approx 350 or 450 carb 100 fat

It’s not bad if I eat every 2 hours. It’s when i miss a meal that it becomes unmanageable. Right now I am eating all my carbs periworkout so I’m going to have to adjust soon and start eating them for breakfast as well. May have to slowly up my fat to 100 as well.

For sure frequent meals help.. I think ar a certain point shakes be it carb or protein shakes are what will help.

Yes will definitely keep that card in my back pocket for when I’m at a point where I cant stomach any more whole foods. A little hard for me to wrap my head around since I gain weight so easily though. Just never done it.

My go to be it a good or bad thing is all natural peanut butter by the tablespoon lol

Ya @Mac11wildcat thats absurd. Props to you.

If I added more fats it would be much easier for me to get a bunch of calories. I can eat almond butter all day. But having 80g fat right now makes it tough.

If tren comes into the picture in the next month or 2 that will be a game changer. I don’t get full on it but that in itself is a nightmare.

Sounds like carbs are what's making it harder on you as that's what you've upped substantially. Can you replace some carbs with fats as you already noted you can eat it more easily?

4-6k here if you cant eat more food make liquid meals and drink them. Also if you add gh mor mk you'll be more hungry eq also

Like I mentioned before.. I worked up in calories by adding 50g carbs every 3 weeks or so. I didn’t gain any weight for the first 2 months of doing this and as soon as I went from 350/400/80 to 350/450/80 I gained a pound a day. Up 6 now pounds after all that time of not gaining anything. I don’t want to gain too fast. Should I stick with these macros for a few more weeks and see if my weight levels out or shift back to maybe 350/425/80 for a couple weeks? I’m definitely not as lean as I was when I started eating like this and it’s messing with my head. Want to minimize fat gain as much as possible as I work up. @Mac11wildcat

I eat 4000 to 5000 but also run a lot. Amazed some people have problems eating enough, ever heard of calorie rich foods?

I have an issue eating alot. When I get to 4000 I do 100 g protein shakes and smoothies like crazy. Taking shots of oil and honey.
