Have been waiting for the thread to blow up today and looks like it's picking up steam. Logan I"m surprised at your comment on the molasses, thick and rich stuff and seems like it would be great for a brine and just general flavor. Molasses anything seems to usually be on point vs. straight sugar especially in the BBQ/grilling world.
@OGH waiting to see the OGH alchemists concoction that you are famous for... maybe some turkey covered w/bacon and spam + stuffed with fresh tuna ???
