I don't eat much cheese and pour sour cream right down the drain the moment "juice" starts forming. Same with yogurt.I get that some people don't want to use whey powder and would rather get their protein from food. However, what is the issue? Ever see the juice on top of yogurt? That's whey. Ever see the juice on top of sour cream? That's whey. Whey is a product of the cheese making process. Etc, etc. If you're eating those things to begin with, what is the problem with whey powder?

Have a joke for you. This is how the word cheese came to be. A rabbi was going about performing circumcisions and whatever else rabbis do and he stopped by a farm. Noticing the donkey he was riding looked famished the rabbi asked the farmer for some milk to feed his donkey. The farmer obliged and pointed to a large wooden barrel full.of cows milk. The weather had been unusually hot and the milk had already curdled. The rabbi, upon opening the barrell and getting a full on whiff of the curdled milk, retorted "AW, CHEESE!"
Thats the other way of telling it.Cheese Us
Do you know rabbis would suck on the babys circumsized part of the penis to stop the bleeding. Back in the day. Some still do if really religious.I don't eat much cheese and pour sour cream right down the drain the moment "juice" starts forming. Same with yogurt.

I think if you eat all you can, if bulking. Then no matter how much add 60-100 grams of protein on top of that. It works well.I get that some people don't want to use whey powder and would rather get their protein from food. However, what is the issue? Ever see the juice on top of yogurt? That's whey. So if it comes down and your 100 grams short protein from working all day. You will just except being short?I don't eat much cheese and pour sour cream right down the drain the moment "juice" starts forming. Same with yogurt.

The issue is your not getting the protein you think you are because the powders are full of b's and none of them are consistently tested. I bet your lucky to get 10g of protein from a 30g scoop.I get that some people don't want to use whey powder and would rather get their protein from food. However, what is the issue? Then you drink a carton of egg whites. So if it comes down and your 100 grams short protein from working all day. You will just except being short?
Is there people still drinking egg whites?
I would cook mine personally but if someone was short the protein and lazy then imo drinking egg whites would be better then protein powder that has a quarter of the protein it says.Is there people still drinking egg whites?

I am allergic to eggs.I would cook mine personally but if someone was short the protein and lazy then imo drinking egg whites would be better then protein powder that has a quarter of the protein it says.
I'm asking because of the poor bio availability that liquid egg whites has than cooked ... but yeah drinking it imho it's faster and easier than eating it. There was a time that I was eating it and getting to vomit how it was hard to eat it or digest it at that time. Was running sdrol and tren, now everything is fine just eating it slower.
