More than likely you have HPV. Did you eat any pussy? Like most of us you've probably got HPV in your throat, hopefully you'll clear it, but lay off the alcohol and smokes to get yourself the best chance at clearing the virus.
Chlamydia and Gonorrhea can both be tested using Urine PCR, usually it's a single test that screens for both at the same time.
Trichomoniasis can be tested using spun urine under microscope checking for motility.
Syphillus a blood draw RPR serological test for antibodies.
These are the normally screened for tests when it comes to the routine STD.
Of course you can get an HIV, Hep B, Hep C....this can be taken care of by donating blood for free.

HPV of the anus usually HPV 16. With all the anal sex going on it's a common problem.
Certain strains of HPV are hard to clear. You can ask your lady friend is she was vaccinated against HPV, but more than likely she wasn't as it's pretty expensive and takes 3 doses.
I've had HPV in my throat, I hope I cleared it, the gal that I went down on I saw her medical report and she was positive for HPV, I believe she had her vagina treated with freezing.
