Gain muscles and keep belly fat away.

Hi!

Can't figure out what do I need to eat and get muscle mass without gaining or maintaining the belly fat. There are only 2 ways for me, either I eat proper food and get muscles and fat around my belly, or eat lean food and lose muscles maintaining the belly fat. Is there anything you can help me with?
 
Have you had any recent blood work done?

Maybe you have low testosterone? That makes losing the spare tire a bit tough.

Do you go to the gym/workout, or just eat proper food or lean food and hope for the best?

Yes, I work out, with low cardio if I want to gain muscles (fat comes w/it) and with high (interval) cardio if I'm preparing for summer. And of course, I adjust my food for both. And every time/year I have the same result.

I did blood work, natural testosterone is higher than "normal".

I'm confused. Maybe there is something for people who are "different"?
 
If I understand you correctly, you want to gain muscle mass without gaining fat. The set in any case goes only on a calorie surplus, you will gain fat along with the muscles. With proper nutrition, you can minimize fat gain.
 
If you're gaining noticeable fat at too fast of a pace then you're eating too much.

If you're losing tons of muscle in a deficit then I'd question you're training. You're either severely undertraining or over training

both those things sends my metabolism through the roof, i almost cant out eat my metabolism even with dirty food when im doing those two things

This is where HGH shines. GH inhibits lipogenesis. Means when your using GH and you eat a big surplus your body is less likely to store those excess calories as bodyfat. Many bros can attest to this, you can eat like a pig on GH and you dont seem to put on fat.

Unfamiliar with the brand. I just use Chinese generics, im not paying 5x as much for the same amount of GH as pharma, nor do i subscribe to the belief pharma is so superior its worth even 50% more cost than generics (its not) let alone anything more than that.

In comes the “dimer content” bros who want to pay 5x the cost because the “dimers” be side effecting them in their minds (never been an issue for me).

Also 45iu isnt mich GH bro, you wanna run the shit for months and months, not a few weeks. 45iu aint gonna last long.

well, basically chicken breast 5 times a day, boiled, "super tasty". wholegrain pasta, around 300g a day. some clean salad w a little of oil.
