Can't figure out what do I need to eat and get muscle mass without gaining or maintaining the belly fat. There are only 2 ways for me, either I eat proper food and get muscles and fat around my belly, or eat lean food and lose muscles maintaining the belly fat. Is there anything you can help me with?
