I used to chase numbers then I got into my mid 30's ... This is the first time I'm actually training like a bb, following everything Mike Israetel says and I'm actually having lot's of fun with programing and figuring out different combos of how to hit a certain muscle group most optimally ...

I run 531 but use some of his philosophies in my accessory work, all my accessories are trained as if I'm doing bodybuilding, I watch his videos while I do my cardio, he's good shit, smart as fuck

I'm just pulling that guys leg - he was giving me some shit the other day about how tren does nothing for strength and I BS with my lifting numbers. Its all good LOL

You can go f* yourself with that 500 pounds bench or whatever for all I care, if it makes you happy you can sleep with that barbell and use all that weight as a pillow. Still tren is crap and most people that use it are no better.

Give me equipoise and anavar with some testosterone and I can do better than these trenfucks when it comes to the look or cosmetic effect. John skywalker and others are not using tren anymore, as they now understand it's nothing special and stupidly toxic. Masteron, equipoise, primobolan, anavar, winstrol all give better look. Connor Murphy never used tren facts, his look is primo or equipoise combined with some testosterone an oxandrolone. This look is way better than tren look and healthier for organs and brain too.

That's right, you need to select any system for yourself, edit and adapt based on your own characteristics.

It's all good, it's just some people are like that you know. They preach what they do and make it sound like it's the right way, so in this case dude got insulted somehow because I'm supposedly "weak" and obsessed with myself and how I look etc.

For me it's not only about being lean and looking good, but it's the combination of both being strong (enough) not by PL standards by any means, but in general I mean and being 10-15% body fat which helps not only to look good but also be way more athletic.

I also like to not only bench or squat, but also do pullups, dips, push ups, swimming and be able to run pretty fast when I need to. Here comes in the equipoise (not high dose of course) and it boosts my stamina significantly I can feel.

That being said, I agree with you on tren and that's why I hate that crap. It takes away performance, try doing intense cardio or cross fit on tren vs equipoise, those who respond and tolerate EQ well it's the ultimate "performance" steroid plus the aesthetic touch it gives is just perfect greek god like, just need to dose it correctly or else it will give bad pumps and too much vascularity and sides.

Final thing is I don't hate powerlifters or people who train solely for strength and are 20% body fat or more, I don't care if they're happy it's okay. Do I like it? NO, but I don't do it and I don't look like that so again I don't mind. To each his own is the saying that stands true here.

Bold helps you so much with endurance? I take it you don't do anything for hematocrit then?

I don't know if that's endurance so to speak, but it makes me way more energetic than any other AAS, I feel like it stimulates me it's just hard to explain maybe it gives me more horse power lol, but I feel great on it unlike many, maybe they overdo it too.

Never had problems with hemoglobin or hematocrit and bloods in general are good, even when I was blasting high doses, only orals elevated my liver values but a week after stopping it's fine. BP is also fine.

I found anytime I ran bold, I could rep out shit like crazy stuff I could do for 5 I would rep 15-20, but I'd have to give blood at around d qeek 12-14

You must be blind and know nothing about tattoo, art and lighting. It's unsurprising because all you know is barbell, plate and dumbbell (I always wonder as non native speaker, why dumbbell is called dumb? it must be some association with some people I guess.)

Fyi, tattoo ink and details will appear different in over saturated/bright lighting, especially in photos.
