The initial WHO Covid-19 treatment protocols forbid anything other than supplemental oxygen and ventilation. No cortisteroids, no anticoagulation etc. Nothing. If someone wanted to try something, you'd have to formally request approval, and go through a bureaucratic process that was never completed before a patient died. This happened everywhere.Well I can tell you for certain that in a city like NYC where you have crowded streets and subways, lockdowns were the only thing that controlled the spread of this virus.

To force people to go to polling stations would have killed a lot of people.
They were abandoned after about two months after studies showed it was safer than initially feared. Out of 160 I saw die in that period maybe a handful could've been saved if we tried bipap, but that's me guessing based on experience and expertise. You've got to remember this was a new, highly contagious virus spreading through the hospital like wildfire, and the policy came from the infection control department and they had sound reasoning. It's not like a court of law would hold anyone liable in a disaster setting like that. And it's not like everyone is going to quit over a policy some didn't agree with and just let the patients die of respiratory failure without getting any medical help lol! I did have a coworker who caught it at work and I watched him die.
Patients were proactively and precautionarily intubated/vented, prior to low oxygen saturation levels (levels which are inconsequential overall) in anticipation they would get worse. They were then intubated, ventilator settings high-highest, and lungs blasted out. Brutal, but the truth.
The goal was to have high death counts for psychological impact for promotion of the pandemic. When there weren't enough patients to ventilate, then nearly every person who died in a hospital was labeled a Covid-19 death. Nearly everyone in a hospitial at that time tested positive and was labeled an asymptomatic Covid-19 patient. It isn't a secret. You can look at how any government or hospital counts Covid-19 deaths.
A court of law will hold those personnel responsible. We all know that even though those protocols came from the WHO or above, they are so far outside the standard of care........that everyone should have known better and defied those protocols. Order followers are never spared. We have to wait and see what happens. Right now, they are protected. Depending on what happens in the future.......I see each and every one of them treated like those 95 year old concentration camp guards.
