We can only advise you to contact the support service of the platform that provides you with the crypto transfer service because this happens quite rarely. I have heard several cases when transfers from cold wallets were stopped and identity verification was required.
But it depends on your crypto provider, there are wallets that work perfectly.

You were given the correct answer. Grape seed oil comes in different shades. One batch came in green. Actually, green is quite natural for grapes.
