Ok, so I went to the gym last night. It had been about 6 months since I'd worked out that late, and I saw a guy I used to see alot. I had noticed that no matter what muscle group he was working, at the end of his workout, he would do 3 or 4 light sets of ez curls, and the same with hammer curls. I always thought this was not a good idea, but last night his arms looked huge. Much bigger and more defined than before. He said he still has just an arm day, but does a few sets of arms EVERY time he lifts. He swears he's not on (but he sure was curious as to how I'm growing so fast

). Just curious what you guys think of this type of training?
