bloods were unremarkable compared to my normal trt bloods. adding 400mg didn't change a thing.

I didn't change anything with electrolytes, I always drink ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp potassium in the gym.

Did you utilize it at the end of your cut or was it a short fat loss phase? How much caloric deficit were you on for this.

Why bother? Because you are not there yet. Sure, you are leaner and made a good change in a short period of time. But if you are going to cut, then cut. You have quite a ways to go yet.
 
Sema or tiz just seems to make this an old school way of thinking imo. The safety profile is better and there are cardiovascular benefits still being researched. Not saying it doesn't have its place but I think it's getting pushed in the corner.

All I said was that you should continue your cut. Get shredded. 12-16 weeks are good cutting times. 4 weeks is just getting started.
 
I'll provide a brief summary of this post to clarify the OP's intention. I strongly recommend taking action against such individuals on the forum.
 
The truth is it’s down the middle. It’s not a safe compound. Let’s be real. None of what we do is “safe”. But it’s not the devil it’s made out to be either, unless something goes very wrong, and most of the things that can be done wrong with DNP can be fixed by knowledge from those on this board. The point of this board is to focus on harm reduction while doing these types of unsafe endeavors.

People are going to fuck with DNP either way, so I’d rather they do so informed. Done right, the majority of its risk can be mitigated. Done wrong you can mess your body up, up to and including death. Just like everything else we discuss here. Let’s help those that are going to partake, to partake as safely as possible.
Imo its very similiar If not worse when it comes to being able to "Overdose" it to Insulin.Forgot your carb source And yet Insulin does not have that Bad of an rep as DNP.

Ive ran DNP for up to 450mg and for me with the right safety precautions its very Safe, If Not one of the least damaging Fat burners Out there. Same with Insulin.

Wont Take Ephedrine, or Clen ever again because of my heart so i only really Touch GH & DNP for fatloss. Them two Work incredibly Well. Better than any other fatburner Out there

But its kinda great in the Fall/Winter. Right now its 6-14° degrees where i'm at so while being in 150mg daily i can go out in a T-Shirt while everyone is already wearing their Winter coat. So might continue running 50-100mg daily once the Cut is finished just to keep warm during the Winter. Pretty sure thats what the russians during WW2.
