10week test p/mast/ana log

Ok so started my cutting cycle today to get ready for summer here are my states 4/6/2011
weight-157lb
bodyfat-13.7% not good lol
height-5'5 don't think that going to change lol
liften for 7years now
few previous cycles all bulk before
took 100mg of test p and masteron and 50mg of anavar

my diet is going to be 2000 calories a day and work out 5-6days a week
5-6am cardio
7:30am-rice,broc, and chicken
10am- 8oz chicken breast
11-5 work protein shake around 1:30pm
5am broc and chicken breast
5:30-7:30 gym
7:45pm chicken breast,broc, and rice
8:30 protein shake and a 2cups of mixed fruits
then sleep

Will be eatting other things as well throught the day atleast 7egg white each day

How's my diet it look?
Workout routine is easy for me since I only take one week off a year

Diet looks good except for the 6 hour work block. You need a couple of small meals/snacks in there. Gotta keep your metabolism stoked. Other than that, stick to it, and you should see some great results.
 
11-5pm here is what in adding for that gap
12pm-protein bar not health but need something I can hide from the boss
2:30-protein shake
4pm-3egg whites
then back to the normal diet
 
April 9th 2011 4th day into my cutting cycle diet has been died on like I said I will stick to it
instead of running I am jogging for 30mins to not lose muscle mass I am staying away from salt to not gain water weight
I feel the test p kicking in this morning I did chest and back and they felt super pumped I can't wait to see the end results
 
Good to hear bro. Stick to it, the diet isn't too bad the first couple weeks, but temptation will kick in hard after a month or so. You should have a great cutter if you can do what 95% of people who run a cutter can't do, and that's sticking to it. Keep it up.

Are you injecting EOD? I'm runing prop this summer too but am kind of nervouse because with my Test E I only did alternating quad injections, now I'm going to have to learn to pin myself in the glute too.
 
For me it is less of a physical feel and more of a mental thing. I get hornier, I have more gym aggression, I feel more alert and more controllably aggressive. It's not like I feel on the verge of flipping out at all, but just like a calm supreme confidence that if the shit hit the fan, I'd be ready for the worst. You may feel harder and drier as well, but I personally mostly get the mental benefits from it. Probably not the best for bulking for me personally, but for cutting I will always use it.
 
I'm doing ED delts,glute,quads, and calfs

no pain no gain:D lol
oh I want the hard look hope I get it
my favorite spot to pin is delts but it's hard my chest gets in the way
 
@ Samue- EOD is fine, but I prefer ED for a little extra motivation and more stable levels of test. I CANNOT pin glutes because of my size, so I rotate quads, ventroglutes, delts, and bis/tris. Every once in a while I'll have my wife help me with a glute pin, but mostly I just skip it. But again, EOD is fine.

@ LYB- You should definitely get the hard, dense look. Your diet will have a lot to say about that, but it seems on point, so you should have no problem achieving your goals.
 
So far diet is easy I live alone so I buy the food I want no snakes so I won't be tempted
so I'm trying to not go out to eat with friends cause that will be hard
 
158lb same weight
strenght starting to go up
I feel pumped all day the ED injections suck but I feel pumped all day
been getting lots of compliments all weedend so just makes me happier
only a few down sides
no going out to eat
same food everyday almost
anavar taste like sh..

Now the ups
getting swole from the test P
feel pumped
really motivated
strength gains

want to be at 150lb with 8%body fat hopefully it will happen
 
personally i would take the fruit out before bed and put it in somewhere before your workout..... but yeah u should have fun with this haha im 2 weeks and 5 days into test p, first cycle and strength has been shooting through the roof since i hit the 2 week mark... for some reason ive been having a crazy amount of pain where i pinned in my left glute... ive only been rtating between left glute and right glute EOD is that too often?? so every other pin is in the right glute and vice versa

Good point on the fruit before bed, BDB. I'll answer your question very quickly, but if you have anymore follow up questions, start a new thread. It's one thing to hijack a normal thread, but a log is a little more off-limits to hijacking. Glutes are not enough for how you are pinning. You should use at least two more spots.


@ LYB; Glad your cycle is going well, it is just beginning to get fun :D . The food will get boring fast, but you can add spices to help (watch the sodium). Just keep it up. I honestly believe that cutting is much much harder than bulking, but you have to stay dedicated and disciplined. You'll be happy you did.
 
Omega 3 eggs would be even better instead of regular eggs. They have next to no saturated fats and are rich in healthy fatty acids. You can also eat cottage cheese with a tablespoon of a good oil like walnut oil or you could eat nuts with that.
