10week test p/mast/ana log

All right guys time for update been a while
weight down to 160 but finally got a 6pack the mast has made me look hard as a rock and girls love it haha

one down side I was doing high intensity jump rope for cardio and can no longer jog I get insanly painful pumps on my shins so I can't do cardio at least I hope it's pumps

Strength is about the same no maybe increase about 5lb

other than that loving it 6pack :D
