These days, we use a SMALL buttplug when squatting to activate the glutes. It really works, highly recommended.

So do you have your spotter pull the string of beads during compression or extension during your squats?
The goal is to do a proper squat while trying to hold the beads in. As you squat the beads will tend to slide out. This takes practice, but if you master this technique, you'll build solid quads and glutes.

One morning, as I was trying to PR, the plug shot out of my ass and catapulted across the gym.

To this day, I blush every time I pass the tanned spot on the wall.

I was doing curls next to the squat area and this lady was doing squats. Then I heard a loud fart and next thing I saw the lady quickly walked away from the squat area. Not obvious as all LoL

I figure ill know more about the tbol in a few days.
Gear was smooth as butta, pushed off about 5 hrs ago and still no pip or issues.
One bottle of 300mg/ml cyp was crashed on arrival. A few seconds in some hot water brought it right back like new....at least i know the gears legit, lol.

The cyp was still clear and suspended after heating yesterday.
PIP is normal with minimal muscle soreness due to my tatoo injection technique. No swelling, redness, or knots.
 
Today is part deaux of the weekly injection regimen. Will push off another 1cc of 300mg cyp, and continue the 40mg tbol daily.
Any and all soreness from the day one pin has subsided. I could pin the same muscle today if i needed to. Im sure my ole quad was just saying, oh hell here we go again!
Ill continue on my revised plan of 600mg cyp split weekly 1-10

I will assess the need for the adex after bloodwork, or take it if any symptoms arise. Its on hand along with plenty clomid and nova as well.
I know for sure im feeling less sore after a workout, a touch more vascularity is starting to show up as well during lifts. Good signs but the bloodwork will tell the tale here in a few weeks.

What are your stats bro? What were you at 15 years ago? Any muscle memory to work with?
 
Im 5'9 190# probably 18-20%
I had gotten to 218# and 12% or so in the early 2000s while in the marine corps, maybe a little leaner....we will see about that MM.
Not trying to do anything crazy like competition, just miss that feeling of being ON and would like to get back to a leanish 190# or so and see where it goes from there. Maybe i hit a few blasts and call it good, or maybe i try to get big again.
Im not a real big guy so i stack up pretty good after 200#
 
Pumps and vascularity increasing, feeling good, feeling strong. Im in the process of moving or i would up the tbol to 60 mg daily out of curiosity. Dont have the quanity on hand and probably wont be at the new house in time to get an order in on time to maintain schedule. Theres always next time.
Patiently waiting on that cyp to take over in another week or two.
 
3rd pin was today, and im feeling great. Im eating everything in sight and walking around with a hard dick. The misses seems to approve, lol. I told her just wait another week or so. Im up about 7# eight days into this gear. Im curious to see where the bloodwork lands in a month or so.
I know we dont jump to conclusions around here without paperwork, but this is a familiar feeling, lol. Ready to rip brothers!
 
Pip on the first two injections was indeed virgin muscle pip. Second injection into the same muscle had very minor site discomfort appearing 10hrs post inj but only lasted for a few hrs and was very insignificant.....pin#4 is tomorrow.
 
Pin 4, nothing to report really. Strength is up, starting to see some changes in the mirror. Shoulders puffing up some, chest swelling, and arms doing their thing. Feeling good.
 
Pin 6 this morning, getting pretty oily, shoulders puffing up well. The tbol is doing its job, getting vascular even in my shoulders while lifting which never happens.
There have been reports of underdosed testE, im going to continue with the testC through bloodwork @ pin 9.
