1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

I'm not looking for BS hazing... I just want to state my case and see if anyone has any positive input even if its telling me to steer clear...

I have had multiple serious injuries to my knee and back over the last couple of years, and am now sitting at about 300lbs with an estimated 33 percent body fat.

before this string of injuries, I was at 220 and roughly 13% bf.

I have just recently resumed training, having been back to the gym for about a month. I am interested in dropping this body fat as fast as humanly possible. This is why I have considered doing my first cycle, however I've seen multiple posts stating that people with high body fat should not in fact run a cycle. which I previously would have completely understood, but given my current state I'm reasonably desperate to get back into proper condition.

I willing to do whatever it is that I need to do, so my question is this...

should I just put in a good amount of time trying to get back into shape with the gym alone over the next 6-12 months , or would adding a cutting cycle be worth it to boost the process? Keep in mind that I recently had a testosterone level test done and according to the doctor he said I was still within range even though I was right at the lower limits of normal, thus would not prescribe TRT..

And IF I cycle would be worth doing, what would be a good stack to run?

Estro control at 300lbs did way more to bring me back to normal bmi than the test.

Now if you already know how bad you aromatize and understand AIs, then a small test cycle would probably help.

i would do gw50156 for endurance boost, won't fuck with estro or shut you down, go hiking / other cardio and enjoy the quick bf melt.

I'd also add in t3 and maybe eca, none of those will fuck with your estro and focus squarely on fat loss.
 
I say plan A mate... Give yourself some time to get back in the gym.. A year at least... You going on cycle can cause injury gyno and many other problems. Aas is not for someone to quickly get in shape... Dedication hard work and diet are king

I've never ran anything before, so I'm rather ignorant, unfortunately. I had a couple friends run cycles a few years back, both were well over 350 to start, one had amazing results, while the other developed gyno and kidney failure....

Now I'm on an island with no one to confer with in person etc.... thus I am here.. I know nothing of how i aromatize, and all the different compounds seem confusing.... I know my friend who had kidney failure ran test, deca, and sometimes winni... other than than that, when I was at 220 I decided to order some winstrol from him, but he got arrested for a kilo of coke before i got my stuff.... so I'm not aure about any of it or how I would react.
 
That's a tough spot to be in. If your overall heart health is good, I second the ECA stack. If you do go with a cycle, I also think just a low test run is the most you'd want to do (125-300mgs twice a week). Be cautious with that though...you don't want to gain more weight. I'd put most your efforts in your diet. Your body composition is getting unhealthy and you need to focus on your overall health. Good luck, buddy. Anything is possible with hard work and a good mindset.

Diet has been mainly clean the last few weeks, dropped 11 pounds.... my physicals for insurance came back just fine, low bp, no diabetes etc.... perfectly healthy, just absurdly fat.... i guess the main reason, aside from being sedentary, for the weight gain was the immense alcohol, usually a half fifth a night, I was consuming because the dr.s here refused to give pain meds because they felt it would be life long intermittent pain thus didn't want me getting hooked on pain pills. Drinking has subsided, gym 6 days a week aside from when I'm traveling for work. High protein, low fat, lower carb diet. Just doesn't seem to be coming together like it used to.

If your job permits, just switch to weed.
 
Good job on the 11lbs. Summer is almost here, so take advantage of it and grill up some lean meats and veggies.

Quick questions of the ECA, as it sounds like a good spot to start and help speed up my process, any decent sites where I could find the right E? I've ordered it in the past, but not sure if it was potent enough, nor if it was the hcl... and is nodoz, which is 200mg caffeine anhydrous good for the C, also any input on ratios?

Where I'm at, the pharmacy still sells primatine. I take vivarin for the caffeine, but I think they are the same. I'd start with 12.5 mgs of ephedrine and 200 mgs of caffeine in the morning. If you can handle that, go to one of each in the morning and afternoon. If still good, bump only the ephedrine up to 25 mgs first in the am and then in the pm. Your receptors get clogged after two weeks, so you will then take two weeks off and then repeat. Drink plent of water too, as you will be surprised how much water weight you will lose by staying well hydrated.
 
I live in Alaska, legalized in feb, so yeah, I switched already. Use it when I need it, and don't get wasted yet still relieves any pain or discomfort. ... especially good just before a workout... focus goes up, and feel like i push more as far as effort goes..... mainly for cardio
I'm the same way. When the green comes around, I like taking one hit immediately before going into the gym. The intensity is great. The trick is only one hit and don't let it settle in.
 
Given how fat you are, you should be able to make progress very quickly as it is. If you were in good shape before, you'll rebuild lost muscle quickly.

I'd suggest you focus on losing weight and lifting. I'd consider ECA or Albuterol rather than AAS. At your bf%, aromatization would probably be an issue even at TRT doses. For that matter, if you can swing bloods, checking test and E2 now probably makes sense. If your E2 is high, an AI might do some good sans gear.
 
Thank you all for the input. I greatly appreciated the points of view and suggestions. Sounds like an ECA might be my best bet At this point in time i know If I'm able to get back in proper discipline, i can drop around 60lbs in a few months. .. I'll likely re evaluate from there.
