1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

Dabbled with that about 12 years ago..... not my thing. Besides, I like my teeth, and my job lol. Thanks but no thanks hahaha. Plus, never seen a built, healthy tweaker.

The thing about this guys case that would concern me is he has 1)very high b/f %, 2) a recent history of serious injuries resulting in a sedentary lifestyle. 3) With his stated weight and b/f, he is probably borderline diabetic. 4) the above conditions put a massive load on his cardio vascular system. Therefore to advise him to do any type of aas at this point in his quest to cut fat and get in shape is, dangerous to his well being and future goals.
There are a lot of people out there that come to these types of forums because they seek advice in order to achieve a particular goal. It is not always, in fact, never is it in an individuals best interest to jump on aas without proper diet, training and anabolic compound education. This takes time.
There are a couple of docs on this site and some other trainers etc
Maybe we can here from them regarding this fella's situation.
Valid points!

I will say this. .. oddly enough my blood pressure is perfectly fine, as well as blood sugar and cholesterol. As in not even borderline. .. however, my resting heart rate is usually around the mid 80's, which is not good. 4 years ago it was mid 50's

What are your testosterone and estradiol levels like?
Never mind. I just saw that you were low. Best thing i ever did was correct my hormones FIRST THING. Losing fat or gaining muscle with your test on the dirt your e2 turning your testicles into ovaries is a uphill losing battle. You will never be able to diet or exercise enough. The frustration in my case was maddening.
I put my test level where i felt good and brought my e2 down where it belongs. Then the same amount of hard work in the gym and discipline in the kitchen yielded totally different results.
Rise and repeat.
Maybe not time yet for a full blown heavy cycle, but don't kid yourself - if your hormones aren't right your spinning your wheels no matter how many people here tell you your not ready.

levels are on the low end of normal, but after making sure I keep my routine and diet right for a bit i definitely plan to jump on a cycle of SOMETHING. I had dropped to 260 back in December before tearing my MCL again, only took a couple months of sitting on my ass and eating dirty for me to gain 50 pounds again...... I know I drop weight quick usually.... but it will never stay off unless I stay borderline perfect on training and diet... as soon as I steer off path it piles back on with a vengeance.

All of the guys on here suggesting TRT are correct. However, it's your decision. It's a commitment, but one very few probably regret.
Honestly I don't remember, and recently moved 750 miles away from where I was so likely the wife threw out the paperwork, i just remember on the scale it was at the bottom of normal range and doc refused TRT.... Here on the island they don't even offer it. So i would have to fly to Washington our Anchorage to attempt to find one to prescribe me.... what would be a TRT dose?

If it helps at all..... this is what i look like as of 5 minutes ago.... 300lbs even.

250mg Test Cyp a week.

Sadly you guys are speaking Japanese to me lol..... I've yet to pick up what all these products and short hand mean... still too new. My buddies that ran gear in the past never gave specifics... and only ever mentioned test and deca for size and strength, and winni for cutting...... I'm below novice on my Intel, hence why I'm here, I was trying to research cutting cycles and somehow wound up here and liked what i was seeing shop signed up. Is there different Test? What are AI's? What is Test Cyp?

Sorry for my ignorance.

Read, read, read. Make this site your bible for transformation. Even without taking gear, you can learn so much from this site. Seriously...if your health is up to it, just study the ECA (or just EC) stack for now and put it into practice. Also, @Oregongearhead has a whole thread on nuitrition. That's another thread you should follow. Keep posting and start a thread on your progress. As you have seen, you got a bunch of guys in your corner. Go kick some ass!

First things first. Get your hormones levels checked. Testosterone and e2. Then you will need a trt doctor or you can self administer. Combined with will be drugs that combat the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. This is called aromatisation- im not totally clear on the exact process but i believe it is as follows - fat cells release an enzyme called aromatase. This enzyme is responsible in some manner for the conversion of testosterone ton estrogen. (Im open to correction in this fellas). Therefore in your position we would assume that estrogen management would be a high priority. Test cyp (cypionate) refers to a common type of Testosterone that we use. Cypionate refers to the ester attached to the testosterone regulating the amount and rate at which it is released into the system to be metabolized by our receptors. There is a wealth of information about all the drugs at the top of the page. Reference them often. This is the tip of the iceberg. There will be more to come here i am sure of it :)
But remember - your diet is everything, but it's nothing without your hormones corrected.

Thanks to you all.
I've been glued to this site the last few days and absorbing all the knowledge I can. ... and it just keeps coming. Greatly appreciated.

@Oregongearhead? My Home state. I know a lot of guys back there that compete. wonder if we know some of the same people.
I'll check it out, thanks!

Hey @vani11agori11a how are you liking it here so far? Glad to see you in the nutrition threads heavy, more should follow your example. Concentration on this aspect will yield the results your after.
I'm liking it quite a bit..... permanently attached on my phone lol. The wife thinks it's hilarious, but happy that i haven't been drinking and have been even more focused and driven to get back into shape... being on an island where I know maybe 6 people, None of whom train, makes it hard. Kinda makes me feel like I'm back in the fold back home.... the camaraderie and support/motivation is abundant, as is the muscle mass lol.

Funny... I've always enjoyed training because of its isolation. Me and the weights no better way to see what Im made of and clear my mind!
