1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

Question, being that you have had multiple injuries and surgeries over that last few years, were you on prescription opiates at the time of your labs when your test was found to be low? Opiates wrecked my natty test levels
Never had surgeries. always opted for rehab. Doc refused to give me anything during this last run, when I got my levels tested.... Said I was going to have "chronic intermittent " pain going forward, and didn't want to get me hooked on pain meds..... island life :/
 
No, it's chronic intermittent. ... so it will come and go for life.... i should be good for quite a while as long as I steer clear of activities like mma, boxing, and crossfit..... that's where are all my injuries occured.... Had I just focused on bodybuilding I likely wouldn't be in this predicament. ..
 
OK...then how about test only cycle with 500 mg/wk cyp or test e with ai for 12 weeks and an eca stack to crank up metabolism along with an accurate 500 calorie per day deficit...this with a good program at the gym should get u close to your target.

I'm 5' 9 266 I cut my most my carbs I'm doing 30 mins 5x a week now I was doing 45 mins just seemed to much.. I have alot to learn, complex carbs etc. How much protein to take in..

2g protien per pound of bodyweight. 100-120g fat for me. Under 50g carbs when cutting, refeed once per week. 1 gallon of water, plenty of fiber.
Keep it simple and consistently work hard.

Can anyone point me towards an online testing facility? And exactly what I need to have tested? I don't feel like going to a doc here, as they average 3x the cost down in the lower 48.
 
Honestly vani11agori11a you should get the bodyfat down with just cardio for now and a good diet. Cut sugar and high sodium foods. Consider every piece of food that goes in to your mouth.
As a fuel to run a race car. Do you wanna race a minivan or a Ferrari? Only you can decide it.
I'm aware, just want all my I's dotted and T's crossed... I'm a guy with all or nothing mentality, so I wanna have all my info on hand so I can make the most educated decisions based off my needs, be it supps, diet, training techniques, or even aas.
Diet and Training on point while maximizing natty results first is an obvious.... But I do know last year when I got my levels tested they were low... So I want to see if there has been any change, and determine any route from there. Good looking out though!

FINALLY! Back on my home Island and got to hit the gym for the first time this week. Chest is on fire. I'm loving it. Going to have to compound this weekend seeing as how I was forced to miss a few day.
