I'm aware, just want all my I's dotted and T's crossed... I'm a guy with all or nothing mentality, so I wanna have all my info on hand so I can make the most educated decisions based off my needs, be it supps, diet, training techniques, or even aas.
Diet and Training on point while maximizing natty results first is an obvious.... But I do know last year when I got my levels tested they were low... So I want to see if there has been any change, and determine any route from there. Good looking out though!
