Oh no, I do too.... I just don't have anybody to talk about it with at other times. I prefer to get in, get done, get out. in regards to training.... it's life outside the gym that lacks.Funny... I've always enjoyed training because of its isolation. Me and the weights no better way to see what Im made of and clear my mind!
I can garuntee u once you start hitting goals in the gym and you confidence starts sky rocketing with your test levels your social life will also reap the benefits!Oh no, I do too.... All this talk about what diet drugs to take, test and tren, Jesus. I was 210lbs, I went down to 160 in two months. I didn't take anything other than monster energy drinks, I never ran a mile, or even picked up a weight. I cut out carbs completely, lost a pound a day till I was skellator skinny. Although I do construction for a living, so I guess my job is some what physical. Then I hit the gym. Four years later I'm up to 187, and I just started my first cycle a lil more than a week ago. Everyone wants instant gratification, it's the American way, but trust me, it will be worth it if you put some work into it before your run a cycle.
Well, when you've been sidelined with a large string of injuries, and due to said injuries your position in your chosen career field has changed from the very physical side to administration and networking, thus increasing sedentary activity, or lack there of, You often find yourself looking for means to return to your former glory, means that you never needed before and may not need now.... yet you don't have much patience to wait....All this talk about what diet drugs to take, test and tren, Jesus. If you've suffered many injuries, I think aas could make any healing you've had undone, I'm ten days in my cycle and I already am having severe elbow pain, some wrist pain and lower back pain so be prepared, that's all I'm saying, I'm already wishing I had waited longer to start my cycle, but maybe you'll have better luck, I am also in my thirties, not married with children. I understand where your coming from, just be careful, and make sure you've crossed all your t's and dotted your I's bro. Sorry if I offended you, it wasn't my intention. Good luck. Also try the no carb thing, it sucks but it melts fat so fast.Well, when you've been sidelined with a large string of injuries, and due to said injuries your position in your chosen career field has changed from the very physical side to administration and networking, thus increasing sedentary activity, or lack there of, You often find yourself looking for means to return to your former glory, means that you never needed before and may not need now.... yet you don't have much patience to wait....
Im no stranger to the hard work... i came here because I am looking for education towards making my own decisions..... Im not here as some young and dumb teenage meat head who is looking for muscles...
Im here as a 30 year old, married father 3.5, who averages 65 hours a week at work, where he has been paid for his brain and skills, as his body has been a constant set back over the last couple years... I'm here as a man who wants to take control back from his bodies injuries and low testosterone... take control back from the things that make him too tired, or in too much pain to play outside with his little girls.... to short on endurance to feel truly ALIVE.
I'm just here exploring options.... my kids will only be kids for so long, and I will do anything to not have them remember their childhood as having a father who had the blown knees, the blown ankle, could barely get out of bed in the morning due to back pain......
Sorry to be long winded, just don't need anyone getting the wrong impression of me...
I used to walk around 220, lean my normal standards, and strong as a Gorilla.... woke up this morning at 299 after having dropped 20lbs over the last few weeks due strictly to clean diet and intense training sessions, so I'm putting in the work.... just would like to speed up the results, as even this condition leaves me vulnerable to bad things stopping me again...
Worst advice ever. Want some good advice. See an endocrinologist and diet. Ignore the nah SayersI think after 6 weeks of hitting the gym hard your body should be ready for some AAS use. muscle memory is a great thing

I guess i mislead. .. when i mention the life outside the gym lacking.... i mean I'm on a small island, and most nobody there lifts... so there isn't anyone there to converse with about diet, training principals etc..... there are a few obviously... just not the same as being back with the bodybuilding club back home...I can garuntee u once you start hitting goals in the gym and you confidence starts sky rocketing with your test levels your social life will also reap the benefits!
Hah, drinking monster energy drinks was not meant to be part of my advice. Hucking, your a beast. I've read a ton of your posts. The cycles you've run would destroy the average man. You need to remember we are not all super humans like you. Holy fucking shit, oh wait, it's just my shadow, feewwwhyour fucking advice of drinking monster drinks was better? get fucking real! you are one of the naysayers. keep being scared of your own shadow.

I'm understanding fella, so I don't take offense, just figured maybe I was representing myself inaccurately and wanted to corrected before false presumptions could be made.... an image, while not too important to myself, can infact change the way a person is interacted with and perceived, thus I needed to remove the chance of presumptions that I am one of "those guys"... the young guys who don't think, talk a big talk, think there's a magic pill that could substitute for dedication and hardwork , clean eating.. Those guided like sheep, and that typically annoy those whom are true to their craft of muscle building....If you've suffered many injuries, I think aas could make any healing you've had undone, I'm ten days in my cycle and I already am having severe elbow pain, some wrist pain and lower back pain so be prepared, that's all I'm saying, I'm already wishing I had waited longer to start my cycle, but maybe you'll have better luck, I am also in my thirties, not married with children. You are not one of those guys. If you were people like @HuckingFuge and myself would not be posting on your thread, count on that. Anyone directing you to pursue an aggressive fat loss program out of the 30%'s while you are struggling with a hormone imbalance needs their head examined.I'm understanding fella, so I don't take offense, just figured maybe I was representing myself inaccurately and wanted to corrected before false presumptions could be made.... an image, while not too important to myself, can infact change the way a person is interacted with and perceived, thus I needed to remove the chance of presumptions that I am one of "those guys"... the young guys who don't think, talk a big talk, think there's a magic pill that could substitute for dedication and hardwork , clean eating.. Hopefully, I have ensured that the perception of me on these pages is an accurate one now

This!!!I have kids too brother and I know what it's like to be injured and watch them running around playing and me sitting there wishing I could participate. It is a very shitty feeling to say the least.
But IMHO if you've lost 20lbs over a few weeks and you're putting in good work at the gym, you don't need AAS. If you keep up the hard work and diet in a few months you'll be down in the 250 range and that is close to where you were before your injury. I imagine the last 10 - 20lbs will be the hardest to loose and maybe after 1 year of hard work if that 10 - 20lbs hasn't dropped off then I might explore AAS.
Just my 2 cents bro. Keep up the hard work and remember that ever little bit extra you put in at the gym will give you that much more benefit later. Tell yourself that when you’re working that cardio or those sit-ups whatever it is. Just one more rep! Just one more set! Push it and don't give up! Never give up bro. That's what my screen name means Morior Invictus! = Death before defeat!! I will die before I give up!
Peace,
MI
