1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

OK...then how about test only cycle with 500 mg/wk cyp or test e with ai for 12 weeks and an eca stack to crank up metabolism along with an accurate 500 calorie per day deficit...this with a good program at the gym should get u close to your target.
I would have suggested something very similar to this id you are hell bent on running a cycle to lose the weight.

I'm not hell bent by any means. I just do not want to spin my wheels, or sell my self short. So when I get the info I will be able to formulate an attack plan :)

Also - running 500mg of test every week isn't going to make you fat. Like i mentioned before, higher body fat means you will need to fight aromatisation more aggressively, monitor your bp closely etc...

So basically he's waiting to have bloods done to see where he is at with t levels and then he has to go trt and then start dieting for his body to respond and start loosing weight?

Am planning to. Just got my results from last year faxed to me.... The original paperwork had a scale with my levels showing on the low end of Normal..... But this paperwork is just the Numerical Results..... shows:

Total Testosterone 418 ng/dL
Free Testosterone .106 ng/mL ( was actually written in as 106.6 pg/dL, but I did the conversion)

Doesn't seem as low as when it looked on the scale... except for my free Test.
But then I found a chart stating the average Total Testosterone of a 68 yo man was 414 ng/dL

So does that mean I have the test levels of a 68 yo? Or am I just mid range of normal?

If the bloods are a year old they probably won't be much help, but I guess what you need to do is find out your t levels, so maybe get some bloods done and take them to the doc, if they are low he will put you on trt.

If they are ok you should get on a strict diet and training program and start burning that fat off you, it's hard but when you see the results it makes it easier.

That ok @Notits? Have I added something to the thread?

No. I already covered this all on the second page.

Lol..... so what about the levels I posted? I don't really see how they could be any better now, because I was full force in the gym and my diet was on point. And I initially injured my knee a couple months later...

They generally don't just get better on their own. What was the number again?

I was in even worse shape than you 2 years ago. I was at 330lbs, couldn't bench 135, 44 inch waist, and probably closer to 40 percent bf than to 30 percent.

I did a keto diet for many months, lost about 100 lbs whole training 5 days a week, then got on trt...

Try keto, you'll love it, you'll lose a lot of weight, do it for 8 to 9 months and them reevaluate. Trust me on this

your Testosterone levels are not going to improve. TRT is up to you, but if you want results TRT, ketosis, and training is the thing you need to do.
