Weighted pull-ups 3x10 at 25lb 1 dropset of bodyweight for 13.
Incline Hammer Press 2x5, 1x4 at 4 plates.
Weighted Dips 1x10 at 45, 1x8 at 90
DB Shoulder Press 1x10 at 60, 1x10 at 80, 1x10 Arnold Press with 35's
EZ Curls 1x10 at 60, 2x10 at 80
Skullcrusher on incline 2x10 at 110, DB Overhead Extension 1x12 at 60
