405 stiffies holy man that's some serious hammy strength I don't think I can do that for one let alone 7

Idk if I've always been this strong or what, but my posterior chain strength went through the roof this cycle. Bent over rowing 365 and hitting 405 for stiff legs.
Idk this whole Layne Norton program has been pretty legit too. I'm going to try weighted Dips for 3 plates today. I'll see if I can get a video and toss it up today.
 
So I got 3 plates on Dips for 4 reps. I was recording it. Get this.... a guy picked up my phone from my makeshift stand and literally stood next to me until I finished, and then goes "you left your phone over there"

He had to have seen me fucking with the Machine so I could position my phone in a way that would let me take a video.
To make it better, this guy had a bowl cut, molestache and goatee, purple lensed glasses, and some psychedelic cat socks.

Holy shit my traps are sore from those deads yesterday. I've got back tomorrow. I will update fully with what I do tomorrow.
 
Today I Did Extensions, leg press, front squats, and curls..... Bicep curls.
Didn't pay attention to Extensions weight. Just did 20 reps with 60 or 70% of the stack.
Leg Press was 20 plates for 3x8, after 2 or 3 sets building up to that.
Front Squat Machine with 6 plates. Couple sets of 12-15
Barbell curls with 95 and 115.
DB Curl with 40 and 50's

Be my comparison photo that I'll use to gauge progress with for these next few weeks.
 
With that strength you should be able to build a solid bench press. Strong back to me is extremely important. In this game of weight lifting. Especially for powerlifters.
 
Back day.
Hammer Rows started with 2 plates, worked up to 6. Then did a dropset.
Close Grip Cable Rows. 3x12 with 200
Close Grip Pulldown 3x10 with 180
Pull-ups 1x17 followed by 2 sets of hammer Grip Pulldowns for 13 or 14 reps
Barbell Rows 1x10 with 135, 2x15 with 225

I can't Bench worth shit. I hit 315 once on incline.
Still in the fence with my tren dose. Not sure if I want 400 for 15 weeks or 600 for 10 weeks.
Regardless.... I'm sure that will skyrocket my strength

Yeah it will skyrocket your strength for sure. I'd go with 400 for 15 weeks.
 
Chest today.
High Cable Fly 4 or 5 sets.
Incline Bench. Worked up to 315, got 1 set of two, then another set of 1, Then dropped to 225 did 10, then to 185 and did 8.
Did some bodyweight dips, incline Fly, and then the machine Fly. Nothing too crazy.
 
Well I shot2.5 cc last night in a newer area of my quad. Little tender today and my son jumped on it while he was in my lap today, and then my wife hit it with her elbow during other activities.

Just not my luck on that shot. Was going to do legs today.... but we will see.
