I used to love playing cod on hardcore mode sometimes.

One time this guy got shot on my team and he had that second chance perk. So him was crawling around waiting to revive. I walked up to him and said through my mic. You look like you're in a lot of pain, I'm going to put you out of your misery. I killed him. Shit was funny because he had a meltdown called me every name in the book. In had like a 28 kill streak. Lol
 
But speaking of video games, I started playing way of the samurai 3. I love how you can just whip out your sword and start fighting anyone mid conversation. Those older games are the best.
Shit I remember the original! Ps2 I think. Kind of like gta but with ninjas and samari:D
What platform is the 3rd one on? I'm way behind the times on videogames :oops:
 
Didsome back today. Worked out at a smaller gym, so not much equipment like my usual gym.
Did weighted pull-ups with a 45. Bunch of sets until I could only get 5 reps, then dropped it to bodyweight and did 15-16 reps
Pulldowns, Rows, straight Arm Pulls, Shrugs... think that's all I did. Missed my hammer Row machine.

Calls for a lot of sets. I didn't get them all. Yet. I have 4 weeks to get it there. Plus I upped my test to 500mg last week. Also taking 50mg of anavar a day. 30mg pre workout and 20mg later in the day.
Workout today was Chest and back.
S1 Bench 135x30, 225x10, 225x10, 225x10, 275x4
S2 Pull-ups w/25lb 4x10, 1x7
S1 Incline Bench 185 4x8
S2 Wide Hammer Row 3 plates 4x8
S1 DB Fly 40lb 3x12, 1x10 reps each 40,35,30,25,20
S2 Cable Row 180 4x12
S1 DB Pullover 60lbs 3x12
S2 Pulldown 180lbs 3x12
High Cable fly 35lb 3x15

Was a lot of sets for me. Gotta get my cardio back up. I fell way out of shape. All the rest I took between sets was the time it took to walk from one exercise to the next.
 
My buddy here owns a supplement shop and he lets me try out a bunch of shit.
So... I try this new preworkout. About 5 minutes after drinking it I started tweaking to a whole new era. So.... did another workout.
Legs.
Squats 5x12 @ 225 with 30-45 seconds rest.
Squats 3x12 @ 135 with 20-30 seconds rest.
Superset extensions with seated Hamstring curls. 10x10 of each. Absolutely no rest in between sets... the machines were right next to each other so 4 or 5 seconds max. Did 110 on Extension and 110 on the Curl.
Seated Calves 10x10 w/30 seconds rest. 2 plates.
Smith Machine calves. 5x10. Legs were shaking pretty intensely. Called it quits after that.

It was called Havoc. Yes it is. Can't recall what exactly it had. But it was something wild like 6 grams of beta alanine in there. Skin was on fire.
Your the 3rd guy I've heard raveing about this havoc shit, o_Omy buddy told me it felt like some of the shit from the prohormone days:eek: guess I'm going to have to go spend money now:(
 
Nope. Can't do Arnold's workout. Yesterday was an arm workout that consisted of like 40 or 50 some sets. NOPE.
SO I'm doing a hybrid kinda like my old splits with some things taken from Arnold.

Today was Chest and shoulders, since my legs are still sore as fuck.
Bench. 225x10, 275x8, 315x5 drop set to 225x10, dropped to 135x15
Incline Bench 5x5 @ 225
S1 Low DB Lever Raise 4x12 w/20
S2 Flat DB Fly 4x12 w/ 35 very slow n deep ;)
S1 OHP 4x12 w/95
S2 Lateral Raise 4x12 w/25
S1 WeightedDips 3x10 w/ 45
S2 High Cable Fly 3x15 w/42.5
Cable Crunches, planks, and stairmill

Same thing with Serge Nubret. Crazy ridiculous volume

Of course he did. Just not on Jason blaha levels of dillusion. They definitely played down their cycles too. Doesn't bother me. Although I don't think he is lying about his workouts.... they would spend HOURS in the gym.
