Went to a baseball game tonight. Had 2 burger patties, some BBQ pulled pork, and some potato salad. All that shit came with the ticket so.... hell yeah. Pork was awesome.
Doing legs tomorrow. So we will see how I hold up to that. My hamstrings are still pretty Sore.
Trying for 7 sets of squats. 3 of RDL, 10 of extensions, curls, and calves.

Standing Calf Raise 225 3x15 then a dropsets of 315x12,225x15,135 for a lot. Then I tried doing single leg bodyweight Calf Raise but I couldn't. Calves were done.
Tomorrow is back. Been waiting for my back workout this week.... I gotta get this back to grow.
 
Ahhhhh fuck I ate so much Chinese food. Think I hit my TDEE with that meal alone.

Did chest today.
Tried doing things during my rest periods. Took about 10 seconds to walk to the area, 30 seconds of doing Oblique twists or box shuttles, then 10 seconds walking back to the bench.
Flat Bench 4x10 @ 225
Incline 3x10 @ 75
Smith Close Grip Bench 225x10 then 2 sets of 275 for 8
Svend Press 3x15 with 20 lbs
Lots of DB Low Raises
Calf work on Seated machine and smith Machine. Cable Crunches. Single Arm farmer carry. Hanging leg Raises.
 
Worked out about 10 hrs ago. See if I can remember.
Pull-ups weighted 25lbx10, 45lbx8, 25lbx10, body weight for 16.
Bent over Row 225, 2x10. 275 2x10
Pulldown 180 3x15
Curl 95lbs 3x10

Did a bunch of abs and calves between sets. Can't quite remember what else I did. Feel like I did more.
 
Got in a quick chest workout between jobs this morning.
Did flat Bench. 225x12, 275x10, 315x5, then 275x9.
Incline Bench 185x10, 225x10, 225x10.
Superset Pec Deck Fly 3x15 at 110 with low DB Raises 3x15 at 25 lbs
High Cable Fly. 50lbs for 15, 70 for 15, 90 for 12. Then a dropsets, 10 reps of each weight going down 90 to 70 to 50 to 30.

Sweating my ass off. Idk if it's just because the weather is getting in the mid 90's, or if it's the anavar, or the addition of iodine. Idk. But I am sweating A LOT lately.
235 today. Been eating 5 oz chicken and 8oz sweet potato pretty regularly now. 3 times a day plus breakfast and another meal, whatever that may be. Usually tacos.

Back today. I felt like I killed it. Did Calves and abs between all sets.
Pull-ups weighted 25lbs for 12. 2 sets of 8 with 45lbs. One set of 15 at bodyweight.
Bent over Row 3x8 at 225
Pulldown 3x15 at 240
DB Row to hip 3x8 at 120
Rear Delt Cable Fly 4x20 at 20lbs
Chest Supported rear DB lever Pull 4x10 at 30lb

Ate some ground turkey, beans, and seeet potato about 2 hours before hand. Practice some posing towards the end too :confused:

Well. Slowly but surely getting leaner. I'm getting strong as fuck too so... I'm not complaining at the slow rate of fat loss. I might actually be able to stay around the 230 mark this time around and get lean. Was 235 this morning after my workout but before I ate my chicken and rice.

I ended last night feeling sick as fuck trying to hang out at a river. Idk what it was. Slept in a bit this morning and took the day off. Feeing much better. Got a gallon of water in me and some rockstar. Feeling much much better.

Last night was legs and shoulders. Nothing special for either. Just sets of 10 of squats up to 405 where I did a set of 5. Haven't squatted in forever so I'm not complaining. Hip fees great, but the joints are definitely drying out.
Spent the better half of today walking about outside and homebrewing some drugs. Whipped up some mast prop at 166mg/ml. Snuck 57ml into a vial and shot 2.5 today. Smooth as butter. Oil was still warm from brewing though. First time I've ever shot warm oil.
Just finished a batch of about 350mg/ml of test cyp. Only made 10ml to see how it holds. Letting it sit over night. I hope it doesn't crash, but if it does oh well. Still have a good bit of test powder left, as well as finished from my old source.
Might have to bump dose up to 750mg/wk:eek:
 
Chest, bis and tris today. Nothing too crazy. Went down in weight actually.
Didn't sleep last night though. Ate some curry at 5am. Then a banana around 10:30. Just finished my workout. It's raining here so I'll just kick it in doors. See what movies are good.

2x60 seconds Calf Press on leg Machine 180lbs
2x60 seconds seated Calf Raise 90lbs
 
It's 4:45 and I just finished my first meal of the day :eek:
Been busy as hell.
I've taken 2 bronkaid, 25mg iodine, and 400mg mast p today.
Took my last shot of test Friday. Going to run the rest of this mast P for the next 3 weeks/until it runs out. Then start PCT of toremifene at 60mg/day with clomid at 50mg/day.

Have a few plans as far as what I want to do over the course of the rest of the year, which requires me to cycle off for a bit. I'll probably be back on it again next year though. Who knows. We shall see.

I'm going to be starting a few things up. So excuse my absence for these next few months from here. I'll check in periodically to see how all my homies are doing.

Felt decent. Back is still stiff from that var.
days like today make me reflect and realize how much I love being juiced out....but I really should give myself a good 6 month break and reset. Work on endurance. Would rather be 210 and ducking shredded instead of 240 and lean-ish.
