Went to a baseball game tonight. Had 2 burger patties, some BBQ pulled pork, and some potato salad. All that shit came with the ticket so.... hell yeah. Pork was awesome.
Doing legs tomorrow. So we will see how I hold up to that. My hamstrings are still pretty Sore.
Trying for 7 sets of squats. 3 of RDL, 10 of extensions, curls, and calves.
