I believe in 1 body part a week, and hitting the big 3 lifts at the start if the workout:

Example:

Chest:
Incline Bench 3-5 sets
Flat Dumbbells 3-5 sets
Decline Machine 3-5 sets
Peck Deck 3-5 sets

Back:
Deadlifts 3-5 sets
Tbar Rows 3-5 sets
Pulldown 3-5 sets
Pullovers 3-5 sets

Legs:
Squats 3-5 sets
Leg Press 3-5 sets
Leg Extension 3-5 sets
Leg Curl 3-5 sets
Calves 3-5 sets

Shoulders:
Military Press 3-5 sets
Front Raises 3-5 sets
Side Raises 3-5 sets
Rear Delts 3-5 sets
Shrugs 3-5 sets

Arms:
Headcrusher 3-5 sets
Barbell Curl 3-5 sets
Pushdown 3-5 sets
Hammer Curl 3-5 sets
Forearms 3-5 sets

Cardio:
Everyday if possible, 20 minutes of HIIT

Diet:
I'd like to hear exactly what you eat instead of numbers.
For only working each body part once a week.
These are very light workout suggestions.

Agree. I also do each body part once a week but will do 2 warm up sets for each exercise with 5 working sets. And the last set is a drop set. Spend about 1 1/2 to 2 hours on each body part. For me it works. But I understand others don't like this routine. And I respect that.

I agree everyone is different.
But a whole day dedicated to arms is not very efficient. I have a different style in which I’ll incorporate 2-3 leg sets eod. For example on chest day I would include all the sets and exercises he mentioned but also include a few tricep sets and also add the leg sets in between the chest and tri sets.
The legs are the biggest muscles in the body and can easily recover from 3 moderately heavy days a week.
But then again I’m shooting for hypertrophy not serious mass. I guess it depends on your goals.

I agree bud. I've always trained for mass so I like the extra recovery and I usually lift heavy(6-8 reps), although won't be training nearly as heavy anymore. I will add in quads or hamstrings on some days to hit them twice. Like you said, tailor your training to your goals.
 
I would wait at the very least three weeks. At 2 weeks you still have a bunch of test in your system. I'm not sure why everyone always says two weeks, look at the half lifes and do the math

I understand the half lives. I go by what Dave Palumbo says, if you think he is wrong than I dont know what to tell you. He is a smart guy and practices what he preaches. He says he makes his clients wait 2 weeks after last shot to start PCT and goes into detail why he chooses to do this. Dont know the exact science behind it like he does so wont try to explain in my words.

Dave Palumbo apparently doesn't know as much as you think he does. Let's do this logically and I'll give you an example using your numbers from above.

A 500mg a week cycle for test e or cyp. They're both close to each other in half lives but cyp does have a slightly longer half life. Test e's half life is about 5-7days, we'll split the difference and call it 6days for our example.

6 days after in injecting 500mg you will have approximately half that dose left or around 250mg. Another 6days later and we are at 125mg or so in the body which will still produce supra physiological levels of TT for most people. HPTA recovery CANNOT happen when test levels are above normal so even 12days later PCT still won't be effective. At 18days you have about 62.5mg of test in your body and at this point PCT will begin to work so you can see that two weeks is simply not enough time for the hormone to clear and for PCT to be effective. Now this example is skewed in your favor bc I have not taken compounding dosages into account WHICH WOULD MAKE SERUM LEVELS HIGHER THAN 500mg even if the person is only injector 500mg a week.
 
Here is my $.02. There are 4 realistic goals of someone who walks into the gym. Cut, bulk, cardio, and strength training. Your exercise routine is ok but if you’re trying to cut, then cut. It’s all about calories in and calories out. Cut your calories 200 below your metabolic rate. Workout for minimum of 45 minutes keeping your heart at 120bpm. Also before you eat anything in the morning do some cardio. If you’re wanting cut then just focus on that. Good transformation so far. Every pound gets tougher, so do you.

Thanks brother.. tell me about it.. these last few pounds feel impossible to lose. But let me tell you, I’ve never been this motivated and disciplined for fitness in my entire life and I’ve never felt this fucking good before.
 
Figured I'd throw in what I've been doing. Rotating Push/Pull/Legs

-chest, shoulders, triceps
-back, biceps
-rest
-legs, abs
-rest
-repeat--

Something different for me.
 
I did chest quads yesterday. Back and shoulders day before. full legs yesterday. Then arms today. Then will do abs and cardio.

If I do 2 mouscles a day I do two that arent compunded in. I have done the conventional. Back biceps, chest triceps. But I like back triceps. Then legs. Then chest triceps. Shoulders and abs. Unless I really wantt to hit one muscle group hard. Then Ill do abs with the one muscle group. I do what I havent done in the last 2 days. basically.

Taking all factors into account when would you recommend to start pct? 3.5weeks?
 
You're doing a damn good job brother! Welcome to the forum... listen to what DocD is saying about this. And honestly, the better off you are BEFORE gear, the better you'll be during its usage.

Do what you can naturally first if you're 100% sure you want to go into AAS, spend the next year at least discussing and reading on here and reading actual studies on AAS before jumping into it. And please get baseline blood work before you do. I could help you think of a cycle of you want, my first was with sustanon and I really grew off of that at just 500mg/w... it doesn't take much lol but you gotta be safe, it's too big a gamble with all the hard work you've already done. You seem to be kicking more ass than most people I've ever met, so hell yeah!
