232 lbs to 171 lbs

You're doing a damn good job brother! Welcome to the forum... listen to what DocD is saying about this. And honestly, the better off you are BEFORE gear, the better you'll be during its usage.

Do what you can naturally first if you're 100% sure you want to go into AAS, spend the next year at least discussing and reading on here and reading actual studies on AAS before jumping into it. And please get baseline blood work before you do. I could help you think of a cycle of you want, my first was with sustanon and I really grew off of that at just 500mg/w... it doesn't take much lol but you gotta be safe, it's too big a gamble with all the hard work you've already done. You seem to be kicking more ass than most people I've ever met, so hell yeah!

Thanks buddy! Means a lot.

I’m really tempted in doing a test E only cycle for 10-12 weeks at 500 mg every week. The only problem is I’m not sure if I should continue cutting whilst on cycle or start a clean bulk. I just don’t want to pack on fat again.

Anyone got any suggestions to the above before I jump ship? What I’m stuck in is my diet during cycle... if I continue to cut, will the cycle be of waste? Should I cut naturally until I reach my goal then start the cycle?

Looking for all suggestions.

Thanks.

You need to get rid of that belly asap

Injectable Levocarnitine (cardispan)

Mast at 350
Test at 150
Anavar at 50
Only 4 weeks of Deca at 300 to prevent decadick but get a bump on muscle mass from it. Anavar after deca

Yes you should continue to cut naturally.

You've done a great job losing weight but like I previously stated your nowhere near ready to use gear. You need to develop a solid base first. And I'm not being a dik but your not there yet. Patience my man. Continue your weight loss naturally.

Took some photos today to cap the year for me guys... been a hard one, but definitely worth it. Although I’m far from my ideal physique, I feel SO MUCH better. Really shows how some hard work goes a long way. I just want to lose the remainder of my belly fat, love handles, and lower back fat and really cut up before I go on a lean bulk with gear or without (leaning towards with gear).

Let me know what you guys think! I’m currently sitting at 5-11-6” at 167.2 lbs (lowest I’ve ever been...). Surprisingly, my strength has gone up drastically since I started last year. So I hope that’s a sign I’m not losing much muscle. My initial progress pics are on the first page.

Any ideas on BF%?

Too, nice progress. Pict I saw from you a few month ago you was holding much more fat. Looking around the 16% now.

Cardispan might help you get rid of your belly fat bro. You holding most fat on your front/back mid section.

"ATTACK IT !! with cardispan or mesotherapy

Since you have already done a cycle I don’t know why you wouldn’t stay the course. You need 45 minutes of cardio and and add some winny for six weeks into the Mix at the end and eat at a calorie deficit. You weren’t quite ready for steroids but that’s behind us now. You need to take the training seriously for 90 days and eat 1500 cals a day and focus on core lifts with the cardio. Good luck. I hate to say it but I did a CrossFit program and my strength and cardio was in amazing condition. I lost a bet because my buddy said I couldn’t plank for 7 minutes and if I lost I had to go to CrossFit with him for 2 months. I am a man of my word and I had great results my ego got in the way for me to stay.

I think my wording could’ve been better. I haven’t done a cycle yet, I was planning one to help with my cut, but haven’t made the move yet!

And that was a very smart decision. Keep going Natty and build that base up. Your time for gear will come. Great job by the way!!

Thanks brother. Any estimate on BF and amount of weight I’d need to lose to finally lose the remaining fat? I posted updated pics above. Sitting at 167.2 lbs currently. I feel so uncomfortable this low...

I'm 15% and by what I can see I'd say a little higher. Although it looks like you carry it mostly in the midsection. Honestly I'd stop worrying about the belly fat so much. Start to really place an emphasis on building muscle. Keep your diet dialed in and throw in more protein. I think by putting on some muscle that will help with overall fat loss. Right now your body is going to try and hold on to that fat for dear life.
So keep diet on point.
Start hitting the shit out of the weights.
Throw in an extra 25-30 grams of protein.
Slightly dial back the cardio. Try this for a month and let's see where you're at. I really think prioritizing muscle gain may get you over this last hurdle. Again great job.

Currently getting 1900-2000 calories per day with 175g protein minimum. Usually 185-200.

No prob bro. Let's up the protein to 215-220g. And when your at the gym bitch slap those weights. When was the last time you had a "cheat" day? Might be time to have a 3k calorie day. Especially if your fat loss has stalled.
My wife said I'm being rude to our company. I'll catch up with you tomorrow. Happy new year bro.

Happy wife happy life bro. Appreciate the advice.

Happy new year to you as well.

Some more update pics guys. This was from today after my back workout. Had a high calorie day today; 2724.

Currently sitting at 166.8 lbs...

Congrats on your journey. I'm not one to say don't juice judged on bf. But I will say on your build. "No disrespect" it looks like you been eating to loose weight not grow. If you diet is good you would of built muscle while loosing fat. I would say try to work on diet. {not because of your bf} but because lack of muscle. Stop worrying about the scale. Eat to grow. Be healthy and train hard. Once you build a foundation reguardless of bf then use what u want. And if your unsure of your own chemistry get your bloodwork done and see if you have low test.

I’m just not sure how much more I’d have to cut to finally get rid of this fat... my diet works (dropped 60+ lbs so far..), but I don’t want to reach twink level. I already feel so uncomfortable at this low of a weight... my strength hasn’t been falling, rather, it’s been increasing a lot. I guess you can say I’m building/built muscle? I’ve always been the strong guy/big guy in my family. I’m also the tallest. So I guess the genetics is there.

I just don’t want to bulk at this point as I really don’t want to put on fat again... I rather do a lean bulk with gear when this cut is over.

Any opinions?

I believe in 1 body part a week, and hitting the big 3 lifts at the start if the workout:

Example:

Chest:
Incline Bench 3-5 sets
Flat Dumbbells 3-5 sets
Decline Machine 3-5 sets
Peck Deck 3-5 sets

Back:
Deadlifts 3-5 sets
Tbar Rows 3-5 sets
Pulldown 3-5 sets
Pullovers 3-5 sets

Legs:
Squats 3-5 sets
Leg Press 3-5 sets
Leg Extension 3-5 sets
Leg Curl 3-5 sets
Calves 3-5 sets

Shoulders:
Military Press 3-5 sets
Front Raises 3-5 sets
Side Raises 3-5 sets
Rear Delts 3-5 sets
Shrugs 3-5 sets

Arms:
Headcrusher 3-5 sets
Barbell Curl 3-5 sets
Pushdown 3-5 sets
Hammer Curl 3-5 sets
Forearms 3-5 sets

Cardio:
Everyday if possible, 20 minutes of HIIT

Diet:
I'd like to hear exactly what you eat instead of numbers.

And I will totally dissagree and tell you to move your heavy compound movements like squat to the end of your workout. but toneach there own. If the goal is strength keep them in the order recomended above. If looks and size are what you are after do them last.

And I will totally disagree with you because free weight will incorporate more muscle fibers and if you do the free weight movement in the beginning of your workout you will be able to go heavier.

Why does the BF% matter? If you like the way you look and feel, and the progress you are making, then stay the course. If not, then reconsider what you are doing (diet, sleep, workout) and adjust. IMO you don't have enough muscle to be worrying about getting extremely lean at the moment. You dieted down to a healthy bodyfat level, now it is time to concentrate on putting on more muscle. At your height/weight you are starving yourself at that calorie level. You are going to screw with your metabolism if you continue to eat like that (if you haven't already). Figure out what your TDEE is, add a few hundred calories to that and go from there.
