Fuck me?
New customer attempting first-time order, 200 USD, for two common orals.
I ordered via their web page and received payment instructions for MoneyGram. Simple enough.
I wired out as per instructions given and waited one week, then two weeks, then emailed and waited three weeks. Then sent a PM and waited a bit more.
Finally I post on Meso of my difficulty, see previous post. Only after that, wham! An apology given for my email getting lost in their Spam and they were to process straight away. Well alright then.
Nope, not gona be that easy.
Shortly thereafter, I received another email to change the receiver on the MG order.
OK then, down to MG to change, but I had to liquidate and resubmit another wire XFER and wait. (Turns out, after some time passes, MG cancels the order. At that point, you cannot change receiver. You must accept a refund and process again.)
Anyway, I notified them (being the primary contact and the “sales team”) of the new MG# and verified the new receiver. Then emailed again and waited. PM and waited.
Wow, it’s been 4-5 weeks now I can’t seem to get these guys to go pick up their funds and process the order.
I’ve responded several times now to their sporadic queries about Order ID and tracking#. I answered those questions for the first MG order. I’ve answered those questions for the second MG order.
Fuck me again?
I’ve decided to be OCD about this and every 12 hours I will post, email, or PM.
At this point, I’m curious as to what it might take to accept those funds or respond to email or PM.
