Evening all. I am still working on emails from today, so please be patient and I will get back to you today.
I have decided to go on an extended sales break until a tentative date of March 7th. As some may have noticed, my communication this week has not been up to par as the past. Usually I am able to check and answer emails multiple times throughout the day, lately it's just been late evening and early mornings. As mentioned long before, this is not my full time occupation and I have other obligations I have to also attend to. For the latter, this month is a busy and important month, so I have to dedicate more time and effort. I am realizing that this month, I will not be able to keep up with handling orders and restocking multiple products. As a result, I am going to take this month off from all sales, but will still be working on restocking and answering emails/concerns. All pending orders will be processed to completion and I will still be around to address any issues. Reships, replacements, lab credit and any business related to previous purchases will still be processed. But any new orders will not be accepted. I apologize in advance for such short notice and the "unfortunate" news. However, I feel better about shutting down for a month rather than possibly struggling for a month - in which T/A and communication suffers.
Again, if we have been in communication about a order, we will process it. But any new orders starting now (2/5 12AM EST) will not be accepted. All lines of communication will still be open during this month shut down - I will not be disappearing.
For those questioning if we can handle the current volume, the reason we cannot right now is because I am unable to juggle restocking, shipping restocks, order processing, customer support with the current workload at my other position. This break will give me a chance to restock and my obligations for other position will start to decrease in mid-March.
