You are right and I should of never shared your PM. The minute after I posted it I was gonna take it down but had already been quoted twice. For what it's worth I am sorry. That said, we've got some members who sure as hell are going to come out of this thread less respected than they were before they got involved. It is almost bizarre to watch this crap unfold.
Posting PM's without the authoring members permission? There was a time here at Meso that that crime was punishable by membership death!
False accusations of fellow members accusing them of being an alter ego (alternate handle) of a freaking source?! And the evidence is the use of hyphens? Hell, I have been using hyphens here for years. And that's the evidence we are using to convict people?
Members having to hammer out 2,000 word replies just to try to clear their name from some ludicrous, unfounded assault on their character?
Members automatically being labeled shills or reps or source cock suckers for simply saying something complimentary of the source? Wtf?!
Members challenging the right of other members to speak up, because their join date wasn't long enough ago for the challenging members liking?
And perhaps worst of fucking all, we have members demanding a mother fucking list of accomplishments by any member who dares....to....disagree...with them. Fucking pathetic!

Havent posted anythig here for awhile . Will post my experience with test c.
Started precisely 5 weeks ago with Test C . Injecting was a difficult hurdle to overcome ; 18G to draw & 23G to inject ( always pulled back to check for blood , happened twice already ).
I started progressively with 2 shots per week; 2 X.30 CC week 1 , 2 X .60 CC , 2 X 1.00 CC. I stay at 2 CC per week which equals to .4 grams of Test C .
Initially i did not feel any effect , but on week 3 felt a sensation on my testicles and had frequent erections throughout the day. I tried not to let the placebo effect cloud my strength so i will not admit any strength gains at week 3 , currently im ending week 5 and transitioning to week 6 and now it is clear that my strength gains has gone up, but not to the dramatic effect that i was expecting.
Some sides , i have a blood pressure decice at home and my blood pressure is on average higher than usual ; the upper number usually in the lower 140s . My nipples would be unusually hard and a tiny bit sensitive , therefore arimidex of .5 eod really does help. Next week i will be taking a mid cycle blood test , i posted a pre cycle result on this blog like 6 weeks back ; i was at 217 dl test.

This is my first cycle ever . To work my way up, was my personal way of assuring that i wouldnt have any adverse effect; I guess i was too cautious & paranoid to be quite frank, lol .
My workout's are 5 times a week, and diet is not perfect; alot of proteins, veggies, , definitely no alcohol.... Occasionally like 4 or 5 times in a week , ill have a piece of cake, or milkshake .... That is the hardest part really, controlling that craving .
Supplements: one protein shake a day, a simple multivitamin, fiber chews.
I gained 8 lbs , but it is definitely not all muscle , its mostly water retention.
BTW , much respect for your physique.
It's your first cycle I'd say don't fight cravings. Prob should be eating 4000+ cals a day. You can make great gains on first cycle if diets in check. Not sure where your at with body fat percentage but I would say first cycles should be treated as bulk and not cut. I guess it depends on goals but again you can make your greatest gain on first cycle.
Agree with everything Sabian is saying but would add that your training should be ramped up as well, in other words if you just do the same workout you always do( even if it includes some strenth gain to your lifts) gains will NOT be nearly as dramatic as if you train with twice the intensity. On cycle i work out with more sets ,weight and incorporate super sets and giant sets on the regular. Do this and you will grow big and strong.
