Lolol exactly! 250mg test and 50mg var is my post. But really do you recommend throwing in some nolva or more adex?

For myself I roughy need 1mg adex for every 200~250 test cyp per week. I've seen guys get away with .5mg adex on 500mg test per week. Everyone is different bro, best advice I can give you right now is pull some blood for the estrodial test. I believe it's $40 bones after the coupon on privatemdlabs. Enroll in the subscription letter and they send you coupons.
 
I've been running it for only 6 weeks at 300mg, not long enough to really know how good it is but I have noticed I'm a little more vascular. Also noticed my quads have a little more separation so I feel like it's drying me out.

Currently running all 24k:

825 Cyp
300 eq
1.5mg adex wkly
50mg adrol daily

Thanks for the feedback, how come you haven't bump it up to 600 mg per week, I also hear you don't really start seeing results for eq till week 12 :/

No soreness yet, normally when I crank it up to a gram the issues start but definitely have everything on hand if need be. That's great info I looked at that website I'm going to go ahead and take your suggestion so thank you.

It's my first experience with eq, I'm a powerlifter and my coach said I don't need to run it any higher than that for my first time on. I've heard that too but it's nice hard gains. I plan on running it for 20 weeks.

My next powerlifting meet is in 6 weeks so I'll be at 12 weeks. I'll have 8 weeks remaining which I'll be incorporating a better diet. When I'm PLing I don't eat as strict as usual, I just try to get tons of cals in to fuel and recover. If I remember I'll keep you updated.

First time running EQ. Been on for 7 weeks now. First 4 weeks at 300 and these last 3 weeks at 900. Once I bumped to 900 I noticed a big difference in muscle fullness. I'm cutting and my muscles are never flat and always full now. No strength increase just muscle fullness and maybe a small increase in vascularity. I took a blood test last week due to being sick and my red blood cell count was at the high end of the normal range. EQ supposedly raises RBC so I guess that's a good sign it's working. I expected more vascularity but maybe that takes a little longer to kick in.

Thanks jabo, planning my next cycle here, lost all my gains after a car accident, so I'm ready to pack on 20-30lbs, I'm planning this real carefully, so all the feedback it's appreciated.
