Going to be starting my second cycle this summer. Have been lifting for 5+ years
21, 6' 3 218 lbs (cutting right now made awesome gains first cycle)
My first cycle's AAS consisted of 500 mg test C week 1-12 and dbol weeks 1-6 from 20 to eventually 60 mg a day
Here is what I have for my second, please critique anything that looks off:
2 weeks pre cycle: hawthorn berry 1200 mgs and 450 mg extract per day not sure what this is
Weeks 1-12 Test C (in 2 shots) 500 mg bump to 600 if gains arent great
Weeks 1-4 Anadrol 25 mg per day week 1, weeks 2-4 50 mg
Weeks 1-12 Fish oil
Weeks 1-18 triple strength glucosamine chondroitin msm
Weeks 1-4 VMI guard support
Weeks 1 through first week pct (week 16) .25 mg eod adex
Weeks 2-16 1000 IU Hcg in 2 500 iu shots
Weeks 13-15 let body clear out
Week 15-21 DAA 3 g per day
Week 15-24 Creatine
Week 16-18 Nolva 20 mg before bed
Week 16-18 clomid 50 mg in the morning
Multi year round
Will have nolva on hand as I am reading about gyno from anadrol and that adex does nothing. fyi i dont seem to be sensitive to gyno. You guys agree with this or should i take it from the beginning
Also, I had a little hair thinning on first cycle. was thinking of getting liquid research fina but I read it can hinder gains a good bit due to getting rid of dht so should i just to cycle then in pct begin sing minoxidil if there is an issue?
