I just started a 4 day DNP cycle just to see what happens. I was going to go the full 7 but have some shit to do over the weekend and cannot be a sweaty mess. I have a few extra so I figure what the hell. I took 600mg this morning with my vitamin C, Magnesium, milk thistle and BCAA. Then I hit the gym for arm day and cardio. HOLY SHIT was I wet when I got out of there. I could hardly catch my breath for a while there. I ate pretty clean all day, eggs, fish, meat, broccoli etc... High protein and carbs from mostly veggies. I'll keep you guys posted if you like..... Ahhh fuck it, I will keep you posted even if you don't like.
