I was watching olympic lifting and thought about trying that after a few meets. Just looked like it would be difficult, in a good way.

I'm stoked about my PRs on squat and push press today! Especially after dropping 7 lbs this week. I'm taking off from chin ups for a while because I'm starting to get a little tendonitis in my forearms. Hopefully not a big deal and they just need a break.
