I was watching olympic lifting and thought about trying that after a few meets. Just looked like it would be difficult, in a good way.

I'm currently doing it and it's disheartening snatching 115 as a max weight when I can deadlift so much I can make the bar fly but without technique it doesn't matter
 
so ill be knocking down my RPE on squats by 1 for the next 2 weeks and access from there. it feels alot better today and plan on doing some active recovery today so hopefully that helps. im honestly not too worried about it. just kind of bummed as i just finally broke down and picked up some knee sleeves and wated to try them out on saturday when i had to do all of the big 3.
 
Well shit has been hectic as fuck and lots dumb stuff going on top of the hammy pull. I haven't been to the gym since last Wednesday. Feel like a fucken sloth. 13 hours at work today so looks like it'll have to wait till tomorrow. Not sure what to do or how to go about training until I find out what's going on with my leg.

All in all a solid session. Squats felt great, no problems whatsoever with my adductor. Supps seem to be kicking in just at the perfect time!
 
Just weighed in at 252 this morning after being stuck at 257-258 for weeks, including just a couple days ago. I lowered average daily calories to 3430 this week (4500 on mondays and fridays and 3000 on the other 5 days) and started clen so I'm happy that those changes have the scale moving in the right direction for now.

Also I'm having to do Friday's workout on Saturday, so I'll be posting my all my training for this week after that workout. Going for 445x5 squat and 275x5 push press!
