Okay, the squat I think I can hit, the bench and deadlift records I could hit for sets of 5, lololol.

So, what should I do? Do a water, low carb and liquid only diet leading up to the meet and then do a massive refeed?

I'm already signed up at 220, do you think they'll let me switch? Also, should I keep taking the dbol at 20mg/day?

You guys got me interested here. Also, don't worry, @ROB581211 we're competing for different states. I can't touch your bench anyway.

Oh I'm not worried [emoji57]. Lmao. I only got one lift to worry about and I'm making it count. Lol. I think it's something to consider for sure. Just make sure it's worth it and you have a reason to do it. That's a huge weight drop for you and you'll have to plan it perfect. I've been weighing in around 212 every day and I'm barely eating 3000-3500 cals if that says anything.

Personally at the rate you've been dropping weight I don't think it will be too hard. Also, whatever you weigh in at is the class they put you in. If your over 198.5lbs they throw you in 220 automatically. When did ou start the Dbol?
 
Wow I can't believe you need that much on the moderate doses of gear you're using. That's expensive as fuck.

I seem to convert a lot to estro. When I was running my cruise dose with no AI and got bloods it was over 100. Never had any gyno symptoms or even felt emotional at all though. BP gets a little high when it's up.

I think this test I got is overdosed though, 150mg/week split dose put me at almost 1600. 600 must have me at like 6000, plus the deca and dbol. I might get bloods when I get paid, wouldn't mind seeing the IGF-1 on these Blacktops either honestly.

But yeah, I got a decent deal on five bottles of Adex, thought I had enough for a long time, but I'm putting a hell of a dent in it lately, lol.
 
I haven't logged much as my workouts have been all over the place. I'll start keeping better track of my bench at least. Last night.

340 were all paused reps. Well anything I do 3 and under are paused reps. 4 and over I do TNG. I did some arm work and couple sets of incline press

power clean: 225x1, 235x1x10
Push press: 200x5x2
Squat: 225x10x2 (lower weight/higher reps due to minor lower back strain)
Incline bench: 200x5x2
GHRs: BWx10, BW+25x5x2

Friday, intensity day
Squat: 450x5
Bench: 335x5
Deadlift: 395x6 (dbl overhand) back feels fine but I didn’t want to push it due to strain on monday
Chins: -
Chest supported rows: 90x12
Incline curls: 35sx10x3

Morning weight today was 246.8.

So I lost another 3 pounds this week and still set squat and bench PRs. I was very surprised to be completely honest. I was nervous about going in and potentially only getting 2 or 3 reps on the squat, but everything went great! Lower back feels ok too after straining it a little on Monday. 4 weeks out and everything is going relatively smoothly.
