5 Guys....Not just a burger joint anymore

Are you doing all three lifts?
Well my tricep tendons started bothering me yesterday out of nowhere and it's a pretty decent amount of pain, so I might just do a light bench so I don't bomb out, but I'll see how it feels during warm ups and decide after that.
 
I went for low-mid 500s on my last squat and just barely missed it. I felt like I was so close to grinding it out. It was disappointing. I know I could've gotten 520 but oh well.
That's 100# more than I can lift bro. Total beast IMO.
