5 Guys....Not just a burger joint anymore

Yeah man I can notice an increase in BP when I take it. I think I'll be ok though. I check my BP regularly and it's always normal during the day. I only take TNE a couple times a week. Perrin's BP is going to be high with all that stuff.

Good workout. That set of deads was exhausting. I think that's the most reps I've evet done in a deadlift set before. I'll up the weight next time and limit it to 10 reps. I might come in and do some light bench and squat tomorrow or Thursday and then it's meet time!
I thought today was Tuesday lol. Should've just said "tomorrow" not "tomorrow or Thursday"

I'd be resting from here out or no heavier than like 50%.
Yeah if I go tomorrow I'm going to do something like 225x15 on squat and 185x15 on bench, just a set each and go home.
 
I'm taking a couple things for BP right now and I have something in case of dangerous spikes as well.
I dont keep my diet in check. I can eat whatever I want and stay around 14% bf so I haven't worried about my diet this cycle since I'm mostly trying to put on mass and get my strength up. I just make sure I get plenty of protein in my diet. I might do one more bulk cycle then do a cut and get serious about my diet. Weighed in this morning at 222. I know you cut down a lot. What weight do you normally like to be at?

I like to be around 220lbs, although I was 237lbs at my last meet. 220lbs suits me better for now though.

I didn't mean diet to stay lean, if I don't watch my sodium my blood pressure gets high.

Oh ok. All the recent pics you posted you look pretty lean. Seen your Deadlift pic and it looked beast. Now I know how you got the forearms without doing any isolation exercises. I would love to get to about 240lbs with 10% or less bf. I think I'll get there within a year.
 
Good luck brother. I can't offer much having never competed in a PL event except for wishing you success and safety! You will get your #s! Now go step on that scale and eat something!! Haha:)
 
I'm just getting out of bed, my body has been telling me to eat since 5am.

@Seven Dog I'm pretty sure all of us are doing all three lifts.
Good luck brother. Hopefully you'll get weighed in quick so you can hit the waffle house and smash some food :D. I've never competed or plan on it but I would be eating like a mofo all day to get ready for tomorrow. Stay safe when you start throwing those heavy weights around tomorrow.
