5 Guys....Not just a burger joint anymore

It bothers me a lot as you know but it's easier for me then when @jaymaximus went from being russel Crowe to the mystery man behind the mask. Looks like some good openers to me bud.

Change is good sometimes. Truthfully I only changed mine to talk mess. There were a lot of fellas who would say "You cant talk shit, thats not you in your AVI". So I changed it so I could talk more. :D

Now you on the other hand can never change yours. Im pretty sutre the universe would implode

not a whole lot to report here either. i didnt update last week since i worked 76 hours and was either working, eating, lifting or sleeping. all second attempts went well.

did 475 for 2 singles yesterday
will do 360 for 2 singles thursday
and 595 for 2 singles saturday

squat, bench and deadlifts repectively.

I AM READY FOR A DELOAD....
this is going to be awesome. can not fucking wait
 
First workout back after another deload and it went relatively well. After not deadlifting heavy in about 6 months I got 405x10 which I am very happy with. No back pain either which is the best part. I also got 8 chin ups weighing 259 very easily. I stopped at 8 just to ease back into chins after not doing them for a while either. It feels great to almost be back to normal.
 
Two singles at 335 on bench. Weighed 205lbs fully dressed in the evening, day four of lower carbs. Kinda breaking low carb right now with chili mac my mom made for dinner, but I'm low on funds, I'm eating what I can get.
Ain't nothin wrong with mommas food that's the stuff legends were built by and the reason the greats are so great. Look at every GOAT athlete they got their momma in the back corner with a Tupperware of some bomb ass casserole I know it

lol, it was out of Tupperware, too. She cooked it and I brought it to my girlfriend's to eat. Making weight is going to be easy.

Chest supported row 100x10, 115x8


Easing back into things and everything feels pretty good. I'm really liking this low volume training I decided to go with. It's an amazing break mentally, and the way I see it, at worst I'll keep the gains I already have and get healthy. Can't wait for the meet in 7 days!
 
Made a trip to do today's session with @bhog this morning at his home gym. Worked up to two deadlift singles at 552. We were working with some odd plates, so that was as close to 550 as I could get. They moved alright, low carb and weight loss has me feeling a little weak though. Caused intense pain in my lat injury, no more heavy pulling until next Saturday.

Lifts feel great. I know I could get 12 reps with 365 on squat if I pushed it.

I think I'm going to to deadlift as usual on Wednesday, hopefully get 405 for 11 or 12, and then rest the rest of the week til the meet.
