5 Guys....Not just a burger joint anymore

I don't know what the deal is with me but I'm getting all beat up again, so I guess I need to take another deload... Even though I just did a whole week long deload 2 weeks ago. This is so frustrating. My lower back muscle is strained from doing squats with only 365 on Monday, and I somehow strained my upper back from doing cleans yesterday. It hurts to do anything but just lay in bed right now.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Maybe hitting 5 rep maxes on squats every week is taking its toll on me.

I don't think I could handle it. I was natty when I was doing TM, but I hurt all the time.
 
Maybe I should just accept the good gains I've made over the last 10 weeks and call it, and cruise and get healthy for the next couple of months... thoughts anyone?
 
Yeah on paper it doesn't look like much, but those 5rm sets each week take a toll.

Thanks. I actually got rid of some fur the other day to see how lean I'm getting, but we'll just say it was to cut more weight, lol. I feel small though.

After the meet I guess. The slow releasing supplements won't be out of my system until after it anyway.

I'm definitely cruising after the meet for awhile. I think I'll actually be able to make gains since I'll be putting some weight back on. Back to 220lbs anyway.
