5 Guys....Not just a burger joint anymore

Yeah I've been seeing that all over my facebook lol. I love when he shoves kids with one arm and they go flying 5 feet.

I like the one kid who got knocked down, got up looking mad, and got shoved down again. Good stuff. Those kids are tougher than me, rugby has always been something I ran from.
 
Weighed 202lbs in the evening fully dressed in shoes, I think I'm good.

Squat 3 singles at 325
Bench 3 singles at 240
Deadlift 3 singles at 390

Everything felt heavy, this low carb and weight loss is kicking my ass. I'm worried about hitting my numbers. I don't know, I hope I feel better after destroying some carbs after weigh ins.

I've decided to continue this cycle another 4-6 weeks beyond the meet and gain some of my size back. I feel really small, lol.

It sucks that it's barely starting to feel that way, how long are you out? I usually feel that way after the first 6-8 weeks and then strength gradually goes up during the following 2. Carb up will make you feel better and stronger, but not as much as your confidence will at the time of weigh in.

The meet is Saturday. I've hit some decent numbers in the weeks leading up, I've just lost more weight and that concerns me. I'm hoping I can blow back up to 205+ after I weigh in and feel like a beast again.
 
I'm going to double my dbol dose after I weigh in and on meet day. Also, halo and TNE, not sure how I'm going to do the TNE while I'm there though. I'll figure something out, I'm sure.

Gonna be finding the nearest waffle house type place after weigh ins and destroy some carbs.
Back load some slin pins and keep them somewhere accesible

Lol His teammate just watch him. The other team needs to hit that big fucker LOW and wrap up!! I'm surprised parents aren't bitching?? When I was a kid playing football there was a weight limit on who could carry the ball (until high school age 15), so us big bastards couldn't. We had to wear black tape down the middle of our helmets bc we were over the weight limit. Lol But in practice it was on!! One on one drills between the cones, the skinny kids couldn't run away. Lol
 
It doesn't seem too thick, that'll probably work. 50mg at a time won't be enough though, I tried 100mg over the weekend and it didn't feel like much.
I'm guessing 50mg/ml? U can buy a little 10 pack of slins and load them all up or just take regular sized ones. I wouldn't recommend keeping in a bag unless you have a good case for it. Either that or car, with a couple of alcohol wipes

I actually have an awesome case for carrying gear and pins. I was told TNE eats up the plunger in pins very quickly though. It only takes a second to draw one up anyway.

How much TNE are you going to use? And what's in TNE that'll eat up the plunger? You'll figure something out. I would just take my stuff in a bathroom and do it in a stall. That or either in the car.

I don't know, it's just what someone told me. I'll use 100mg most likely, maybe 150-200mg.
 
I usually use 100mg. The TNE I use is 100mg/ml. That works for me. I might would go with 150 at a competition though but with you being jacked up on dbol and halo 100mg might be enough. Just smash some carbs after weigh in.

Good workout. That set of deads was exhausting. I think that's the most reps I've evet done in a deadlift set before. I'll up the weight next time and limit it to 10 reps. I might come in and do some light bench and squat tomorrow or Thursday and then it's meet time!

I'd be resting from here out or no heavier than like 50%.
