9/9 for me. Two PRs, three state records and beat my last meet total by a few pounds while being over 40lbs lighter. Also over a 3x bodyweight deadlift.
You're a mutant, X-Men type. Helluva job brother!!

I went for low-mid 500s on my last squat and just barely missed it. I felt like I was so close to grinding it out. It was disappointing. I know I could've gotten 520 but oh well.

Can you give any numbers
yep I pulled pretty solid I think, mid 500s, which I'm super happy with since I've deadlifted heavy only twice since March. I'm very confident I can get 585 by the end of my cruise since my deadlift is still so detrained. Is @ruckin done? I'm sure he pulled. Maybe light bench also, like he said?
Thanks man I appreciate it. This is probably kinda weird but I'm prefectly happy knowing what I could have gotten without actually performing it.
Agreed, meso would be a much better place if their was more threads like this one. It's good to have a bullshit free thread full of camaraderie, heavy weights and the occasional injury.Reading 5 guys has been this rookies pleasure, trust me. The lbs you guys move is inspiring. I get caught in drama in other threads but have always loved the training section and other threads like 5 guys.
Thank you guys for letting us take this ride w you!

Huge congrats brother! Very inspirational.
just reading this has me more motivated and eager to get back at it.
I can't wait until my injury heals.
@Perrin Aybara nice work man. Now you're going to have to shoot for 1600 on your next meet. You should have plenty of time to train for those numbers
