50 year old, 185lbs, 5'9" bulking and 14.7% BF (avatar from summer at 9%)
Been bbying for 3 years, I workout from my office
My nutrition is fairly healthy, no junk food, minimal alcohol and sugar.
Eating about 3,000 cals while bulking 40/40/20
My training is over 6 days a week, split into 3 days Hypertrophy push/pull/legs and 3 days Steength push/pull/legs
Been on TRT for about 1-1/2 years, started with 100mg/wk test c, .25mg/wk adex and 500iu/wk Hcg
Bloods came in still low and doc bumped me up to 175mg/wk , .50mg/wk and 500iu Hcg
I'm almost done with my bulk phase (just TRT though) and once I reach about 190lbs will be looking for my first cutting cycle
I will be posting in the appropriate section to get some assistance with that if possible

So here we are, asking for advice for my first cutting cycle

Was thinking of Winstrol, maybe Clenbuterol (but not sure) Masteron and switch to a short test ester, like propionate.
i would also use proviron instead of Adex during the cycle, might give better results

Now if this makes sense , my main confusion is on quantities...

Any help will really be appreciated

Is this your first cycle or just first cutting cycle? Have use you anything besides TRT dose before?
 
It's my first cycle. Only TRT . My main concern is not to lose gains I worked so hard on this winter (was 172 at 9% in June and am at 185 and 14.7% now) and at my age even putting on 1lb of mass is a great effort and success... If in the mean time I can ALSO add some mass , well, that will be a welcome bonus

That was one of the first I read thoroughly
But it gives me only answers as far as test goes and pct that I will not be needing being on TRT
I was planning on 750mg/wk on test

Help I am looking for is on the cutting stack and in particular dosages
That is where I am really confused (win/clen/mast etc)

The point is that you should just run 500mg Test E. It will help you keep your lbm. Cutting is all in your diet IMO. You can try adding in some clen but some people don't have good experiences with it. I would also stick with adex for gyno. Watch you bp if you decide to run something like clen at your age.

At 750mg test for your first cycle, you are risking worst sides and going to need to run that or more for later cycles.

ill try to help you , first and most important the compounds you take have nothing to do with cutting that is all done with diet , so think about hardening up and using a compound that when your at a calorie deficit you will lose fat and not muscle,
winny in injectable form is quite painful, and in orall is quite toxic , anavar would be a better choice, it helps retain you muscle while cutting.
mast is a good hardner but one of the worst compounds on your hair line .

Great . This helps me a lot . Based on what you guys have been suggesting I think I will just do a test prop 12 week cycle, 500 mg/wk (325 more that my TRT dose) and stick with adex that is working for me .

Btw... My hairline committed suicide a while ago. Unfortunately on the way down it changed its mind and tried to hold on my back :p not too bad but annoying
 
From my experience, Test Prop hurts like a motherfucker. Might not be a great choice for your first cycle because you may want to quit after a couple weeks. You could do something like I'm doing in my current cycle, which is Test E 500mg with Test Prop for first couple weeks and last couple weeks. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me anytime.
 
Really? That bad that one will quit? I'm pretty much willing to do almost anything but... What is it, a burning sensation? How long after the pin does it last?

Obvisiously it varies on source and batch but seems like almost all prop has pip to it. But, yes I've seen it bad enough for people to quit cycle because of prop. I believe I'm using one of the better quality brands and I'll put it this way, I'm really looking forward to stopping it next week. It's like a bad case of DOMS wherever you pin. The muscle is super tight and painful. Sometimes I can't lift my knee all the way up from pinning quads. It usually lasts about 3-4 days, just enough time to pin it again. I'm pinning EOD and I ended up adding delts because my legs were so sore. Right now, I'm pushing about 4.5cc's of oil a week into my muscles. Haven't added glutes yet because it's a pain in the ass to reach. Pun intended.

Man... I pin glutes for TRT and i don't like pinning quads as I already hate leg day workout as it is... Forget it if I am also sore from pinning...

I haven't done a leg day in two weeks but going to start again next week. I was so sore I even had to cut cardio for a couple days. It was actually kind of good though because my knee was bothering me a little and gave it a chance to recover. Now I'm running Deca and hopefully will be able to hit some PR's on squats.

With prop, can you see any difference in the area where you just pin? Such as slight reddish, warmer to touch, slightly swollen. And then it goes back to normal in 3-5 days? Does that sound like test prop PIP characteristics?

I don't get any of those. Just like my muscle is real tight and hard. When I pinned delt for first time with prop, it was like a rock when I woke up next day.
